I cant even get in to be seen. They scheduled my first appt as a new paitent weeks ago on the 12th only for them to call and reschedule due to a dentist didnt come in and they were backed up. My thought was ok, it happens, I understand, let's reschedule. They did.moved it to the 17th at 430 pm.

Wednesday the 17th comes and what happens? They call me 345 pm to tell me that they need to reschedule me again because the person who schedule me put me in the wrong slot for a new paitent and that because Im a new paitent 430 pm is too late. I asked doesn't your location close at 7 pm how is that too late and the person who gave me my appt time knew that I was new so why was I given that time? What needs to happen then? I was told yes, we close at 7pm, but its still too late to schedule a new paitent's general cleaning. That person made a mistake when they gave you that time slot and we need to reschedule for another time. I told her I understand the mistake but this will be the 2nd time that Im required to channge my appt time and its been too long for a cleaning due to my last dental office's issues. She apologized and gave the appt for today the 22nd at 330 pm.

I have kids (grades 4th and pre-k) and kept them out of their schools today because I needed to make this appt to get my cleaning done and had I sent them to their schools I wouldnt of been able to make the appointment on time and pick them up on time when schools got out which is both at 3 and 345pm. So I call to make sure that coming in at 245 is early enough so that I can have time to fill out my new paitent paper work and that way no one feels rushed (them or me) as oppsed to me coming in right at 330 pm, only to be told that I dont have and appt time at all today. I explain the last two incidents and am told that they see that I infact had two other appt times before and that they see I was called but they dont see me on the roster today and that they need to reschedule me yet again for another time frame. Abviously at this point my understanding is wearing thin, but what's the alternative.not being seen for another long time to get a cleaning? My recheduled appt is now thurs the 25th at 1130 am.

This is very frustrating! All I want is to be able to get quality dental care and to be able to stay my understadable self. I feel they are making this impossible.

I hope this does not continue to happen and that I am able to get the quality I need. Hopefully I am able to update the bad review with a postive one once I am seen.
