Western express is good company to start off and get your experience in the trucking industry. The staff are chill and will make you feel at home and like family. My DM, M. Ford is a great guy and works with me when I need home time. There very flexible on hours and hometime. Brand new trucks that are awesome and have comfortable beds. Over all western express is great company to start off your career in the trucking industry.

I’ve been working for Wester express for as lil as over a month company ain’t bad they always have your wheels rolling with good runs! My DM Jr Ruiz is great as well works with you as much as possible. Ran into an issue regarding my pay Jr took care of it!
Now speaking About the Terminal I think it needs to be fix and update for all of us drivers! There’s only one shower that don't even work smh! There’s not much Parking for our personal vehicles!

Western Express is a good company to start working for if you're fresh out of school or need a second chance their felony friendly and will help you get your otr experience fast they have a Dry van and flat bed division. Of course like every company there's pros and cons how ever we all got to start somewhere team drivers or a trainers is where the moneys at the driver managers are firm fair and direct they are really good with getting you home on your hometime even if it's last minute notice. What I like most is there not breathing down my neck as long as you do your job deliver on time or keep good communication on your ETA you won't be sitting duck for days waiting on a load.

My friend work for them very good people dm Marcus is awesome. They need to open drivers lounge and fix the bathroom next to the shop. Definitely they need to open drivers lounge and fix the shower so if a driver comes at night he/she can use the shower.
