Damn good food and ambiance! The $22 one pond burger is awesome. The ‘brick’ fries are delicious. The scallops amazing. And the sides of mushroom, Mac ‘n cheese, and Brussel sprouts are tremendous. Can’t wait to come again and try some other dishes.

Went here with family for a special dinner. Food took too long to come out. We ordered the special for the day and it still took a long time. They also didn't provide all the items on the menu for the meal we ordered. Don't they know their own menu!

An ok place, beautiful inside, host were on point very friendly, our server wasn’t bad but also not great. Place was kinda empty for a Tuesday night and we felt a little less important than other customers. I get it, not a big deal, was here celebrating my brother’s birthday. He definitely needed to come just a bit more often to the table that’s all. Food wasn’t bad, loved that huge burger and swordfish. Drinks were decent, I would put ginger beer on pims cocktail instead of brut or whatever sparkling they put there to cut down some of that sweetness, also a spirit list would be a lot of help instead of having the server telling me to walk to the bar to see what we have lol, overall we had fun but maybe a give it another try at some point in a distance future, who knows.

Calamari & Risotto Scallops was delicious! Service was great an love that fact they had an actual dinner dish on the kids menu. Usually there's only junk food and nothing nutritious. Would only suggest to add more options like that for kids please. Definitely going back.

My husband and I just moved here, and this place was recommended to me by the few locals that we know. I was very excited to bring him to a nice steak dinner for his birthday and we had a complete opposite experience unfortunately. It was a Saturday night and quite busy, which we expected. It took almost an hour to get our steaks which we were fine with. However, we both ordered our steaks medium and they were overcooked. We called the waitress over to send them back and she asked us if we had read the description of medium on their menu. As regular steak eaters, we politely explained to her we did not read the menu description, but we are very familiar with what medium is and what we had was not medium. She then took out her phone and turned on the flashlight in the middle of the crowded restaurant and started arguing with us that they were medium. We told her, we are sorry- they weren’t and to please take them back. Two minutes later, the floor manager came over- with the steaks and proceeded to also pull out his phone with the flashlight on and scolded us that they were medium. We again, disagreed and they finally took the steaks back. About 45 min later, they brought out two more, which were good and cooked fine. Then at the end they tried to charge us for four steaks- they did say it was A mistake and removed two of them. Sides were good and so were the cocktails. But the Rhône valley red that I ordered with my steak was served ice cold, which I thought was very unprofessional at a steak house, which obviously serves red wine on a regular basis and it should be room temperature. Overall, I was extremely disappointed in the service and disappointed that it put such a damper on my husband’s birthday. I’ve never EVER been scolded by a waitress and floor manager like that and it was embarrassing. I will never go back to this restaurant.

I took wifey here for our anniversary. When I made our reservations the person asked if it was for a special occasion? I said yes for our anniversary and I would like a booth please. When we arrived we were sat at a booth right away. And greeted by our waiter. Our waiter was friendly, had a positive attitude and made some great recommendations. He also was in no way pushing and allowed us to have an enjoyable evening.
I ordered the filet mignon, now normally I order Med rare, I told the waiter exactly how I like it and he said that’s actually medium. I told him that I would get it medium as he suggested but if it’s not warm pink in the middle then I would send it back. “When the steak arrived I cut into it and low and behold IT WAS PERFECT! I was also torn between getting the mashed potatoes and the stuffed baked potato he looked at me and said trust me get stuffed baked potato so I’d did. Let me tell you that was the best backed potato I have ever had!
We also got a seared Ahi appetizer that was just out of this world good! Wifey ordered the some kind of braised short rib in pasta. I tried the pasta and it was also amazing. For dessert wifey ordered the Key lime pie which was lacking in flavor, was very underwhelming, I ordered the warm chocolate chip cookies with ice cream. The ice cream was good but the cookies were warmed up old stale cookies that were hard as a rock!
I told the waiter about my cookies, he asked me why I didn’t tell him about them instead of having the busboy pick them up? I told him because he was nowhere to be found. He did offer me another dessert but I refused.
Overall it was a very pleasant experience however I do believe that the waiter should have not changed me for that terrible desert and at the very least comped us one of our 2 desserts we ordered as it was our anniversary and they knew this, why else would you ask.
Bottom I will be back and I will update my review if things are better next time. IMO Willard Hicks should get another chance as for the most part it was a good experience.

I DID NOT ENJOY MY MEAL IT WAS COLD, AND THE DESERT COOKIS WAS HARD AS A ROCK THE STEAKS WERE COLD TOOK 45 MIN TO GET OUR FOOD NOT WORTH IT I WANT REFUND

Fantastic restaurant. Everything was delicious from appetizer to drinks and main course. The NY steak was so tasty and great to share. The coconut shrimp was just mouth watering. Great service too.

The service is far less than desirable the food did have great flavor however my $60 steak was not cooked as I or my dining partner asked and at that price I'd just like it cooked as we requested furthermore the amount of time that it took for my overcooked pricey steak to get to my table was exceedingly long this place is Saving Grace is that they at least played reggae music and my Moscow mule was quite tasty hooray for Booze

Very busy and a bit understaffed bit the employees are very friendly and do work hard. Creative food dishes and cooked very well good drinks and good wine selection

Service wasn't the greatest, spotty at best. Had to ask twice for a couple of things. Steaks and chops were cooked perfectly but were under-seasoned. Side dishes were yummy and so were the apps. Wine list was phenomenal. The atmosphere was very low key and quiet, no bar scene to speak of.

Upsale eating- perfect for date or family gathering: nice tables, bar, and atmosphere. Ribs are sweet and bone-sucking good. House fries are nice and thick. Service is excellent.

It was a great experience. Had lunch here with my sister, brother-in-law and my nephews. We all loved the food. The staff were so nice and polite. We walked in a little after lunch time, to avoid wait time, they accommodated us quickly, they asked us if we wanted outdoor patio seating where we could enjoy the sun or inside. We ended up sitting inside but close by the door of the patio. I enjoyed the burger and steak which was cooked perfectly. They did somehow forget one of our orders in which they escalated it but still came out a little later. Our server and manager came over and apologized about the confusion. Nonetheless, everything was resolved. I would go back here again and would like to experience it during the evening.

Everything was very nice. The calamari was fantastic, best ever! Very good ribeye with the ginger ponzu and shitaki mushrooms. Yum!

Both their steaks and their brunch are frankly mediocre. The steaks would get three stars, as they were by no means bad, they were simply okay and overpriced. But their brunch would get one star. My eggs benedict were overcooked (as were those ordered by two of my friends) and the pancakes my table split were outright tasteless. They served the pancakes to us without syrup, and when I had to go inside to ask for some, they refused to give me a serving bottle and instead brought me maybe two fluid ounces of syrup in a small side container. I asked for more and they acted like I was being unreasonable. That last bit was the cherry on top of what was overall very poor service. I don't blame the waiter, he was clearly made to be responsible for far too many tables and was doing the best he could, but management appears to have made the decision to understaff the restaurant. Go next door and get the brunch at Moe's

Didn't even get to try the food, after waiting like 25 minutes for someone to notice we were there we left. Highly recommend the pizza place across the street though!

I made reservations for 7: 30 with my wife we were seated right away and we started looking at our menus. We waited and waited 10 mins went by then 15 then 20 then 25 multiple people walked past us and nobody acknowledged us, we never even got water and they (staff) just zipped by really fast, finally one waiter stops and we ask him who's supposed to be our waiter he nods his head and runs to the bar after another 3 mins we just decide to leave at that point one waiter in a checkered pattren foot locker uniform tell us he's sorry even though I made eye contact twice. I will definitely not be back here and hope to talk to management soon about the service and our ruined date night we couldn't get seated anywhere thankfully a neat little place called La Pizzeria- Italian Restaurant (pics attached) had 2 seats at the bar and the pasta was amazing and the pizza delicious highly recommend!

Loved the food here. Especially the scallops risotto. Drinks do actually have alcohol in them quite the opposite of other places, but they were inconsistent. Not a fan of that much seasoning on the fries though.

Went here on a Tuesday for a birthday lunch. We had a lovely lunch on the patio, service was great. Not v many people. The fries stacked into mini-jengas I'd seen on people's tables before is what had drawn me here - they were great, the red sauce had a special kick, the mayo-based one was v good, too. Iced-tea had an additional flavor, too - mango, I thought. We also ordered the cornbread with poblano peppers, that my husband loved, salmon and a shrimp bowl.

Amazing experience! Day after Thanksgiving my entire family went here to celebrate and we had the entire restaurant to ourselves. We didn't even have to rent it out!?
I got the burger and it was massive. My partner ordered the same and couldn't even get her hands around it.
So good food and presentation! Highly recommend!
