I walk by here all the time when frequenting all of my other favorite spots in Downtown Campbell.
I made a reservation for Saturday night, we get seated promptly, and then no one comes to provide water, or ask us for an order in the 25 minutes we waited.
We made eye contact with the server a handful of times, maybe they weren't our section but you work in a restaurant probably figure something out for your patrons. After waiting we ended up hitting a spot a block away.
They had us seated and drinks in hand within 10 minutes, not sure what was up with Willard Hicks tonight and I highly doubt I reconnect here to actually give them a try
