Only one speed here: Molasse. Came to drop off equipment, was told to stand outside in the sun. Then moved inside to sit some more. Then waited some more. Was able to to complete 25 games of sudoku before I was able to hand in my equipment, then leave. Seriously, why on earth couldn't I just drop it off like the good folks on the phone said? There was no confirmation, no verifications, nothing. Literally handed it over and left, but I had to wait 40 mins to.hand it over and only thing I had to say was, "I'm dropping this off. " Ridiculous.

Every year I have at least 6 issues. Promise of credits not received. You can't speak to a person. Over all terrible

The staff is way too dictative, manipulative, and they just don't really listen to me or my needs. Staff is always on the prowl of shoving "deals" down my throat that they have had the worst customer service during the whole coronavirus season and they just get worse. All they do is work their behinds off to rob me blind, destroy my life, and force me to turn against my true family and friends. Staff are ignorant, very stubborn, very infant-like, and they only care about themselves by pretending the wrong way of pleasing me.

Not helpful at all. Whether its the people in store or on phone, not one person you can talk to knows anything about their service or company or how to help current or new customers. Just a bunch of sells people that help the more of your money.

Where's that freaking money they got to help those who need internet going? Probably the dirty CEOs pocket.

Scott was a consultant that helped us today and he was awesome! I really recommend going to this Xfinity store because everyone is so sweet!

Busy busy busy. Made an appointment online, got there and they wouldn't honor it because I couldn't remember the name of the person that the appointment was with. Not the best customer service experience.

Today I went with my parents to get us some new phones! The guy that helped us was named Brandon and he was very helpful, kind, and answered all our questions. We are very happy with our visit

Devlon the agent in this store was very helpful and patient with my issues. All the agents was very nice too. So far I am very satisfied with my new network with XFINITY mobile. Thanks again

According to their website, I should get $150 off for iPhone 8 256G while supplies last. But they refused although they told me they had it, without any explanation.

Friendly service. Typically not very busy. Far better than the Riverpark location. Efficient and timely, usually 15 minutes or less here.

This store was completely packed full of people and not all of the teller booths were even open to help people. Very poor customer service. I will never return to the store.

The staff is very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to about any problems you may have. They have a great selection of phones to use when you get tired of using the typical companies mediocre service. If you haven't been here yet, please stop in and check out the deals.

Spent over 45 minutes in the store just for a free cable cord. It took sooo long that I ended up leaving and missing my Daughter's Open House. SLOW SLOW SLOW!
Security guard is only there just in case a fight break out between an customer and employee. WOW!

Just came here to return equipment and I waited about 20 minutes for a representative. No biggie but the vibes were gloomy and boring. Anyhow the guy that helped me was nice to ask how my day was going and made me forget how long I had to wait in the end. Great customer service to be honest.

Crowded but service was fairly fast. Clerks seemed to stand around a lot even when people are waiting. I don't know the reason for that, so I may not know the whole story. Ultimately, they did not take care of the bill that I came there to have corrected. After getting 20 days of service I moved unexpectedly. I was on a month to month contract with no charges for short service, as I keep this was a possibility. After having the service shut off and turning in my equipment, they keep sending a bill for nearly $300 for those 20 days.
