28Customer Service Is Bad. I Was Next According To What Was On Their Screen And The Counter Employee Called The Person After Me In Queue, And When I Said Something I Was Told “Oh Your Next”, No Apology, Had Looks On Their Faces As Of So What, Or If As It Was Funny. And When I Asked To Speak To A Manager/Supervisor They Never Came Out, So I Left. All I Wanted Was An Apology.
This Xfinity Comcast store is very well designed they have a quick check-in process even though there's usually always a lot of people there! They always have a security guard on staff and plenty of workers available there's even a couple kiosks where you can pay your bill without waiting online with card or CASH!
Always so full and not enough space to be standing around waiting or to be looking at the electronics
The wait time is out of control, especially since there is usually 2 - 3 employees doing nothing at all.
Slow service only one other costumer in the store and we were told there was a 45 minute wait to talk to someone
Waited an hour then the rep didn't know what they are doing. Had to call into customer representative to get help.
They took care of business but it was not fun facing a very unfriendly crew. This was surely one of the worst customer experiences I have had in a long time.
The store and location is in a good place. The customer service has also gotten better I just wish people that aren't handicap stop parking in the spot clearly written for them and to have a security guard see this and do nothing I'm sorry but that is another star off Xfinity
