I set up Xfinity for my new place over the phone and was told to go to this location to pick up my equipment. When I arrived, there was a young man who greeted me and absolutely no wait. I told him why I was there, he was gone less than 30 seconds, and returned with a bag with my equipment and receipt with my name on it. I was in and out, and he was very polite and professional.

They’ve got a good appointment system in place to help facilitate things during the pandemic. Super convenient.

Paid my bill in store in a minute! Was wonderful. The woman who helped me there was so friendly and so helpful.

Long lines sometimes because of Covid-19 is my only complaint but understandable. It's much better to buy phones in person@ payment centers because internet orders I was sent two non-functional phones wasting a week. But Santa Cruz Xfinity center Conned me into buying two iPhones saying I would get a rebate which would virtually make the second one free with two Visa cards and I didn’t get to Visa cards or qualify and they would not take the second phone back completely ripping me off I cannot wait to pay off this phone so I can get rid of Xfinity forever there’s been so many problems with them, & dropped calls 50% worst phone service ever.

By all accounts, the employees at this store have exceeded my expectations on almost every visit. Granted, my expectations for any interaction with Comcast are unfathomably low, but I would even go so far as to say that I've never had a bad experience here. The employees are always quick and to the point when serving you, rarely trying to up sell you on anything or talk you out of cancelling. They have always been knowledgeable about equipment and procedures. They have never been rude or prying. My only subpar interaction I've ever had was when I was unceremoniously shown the door when I asked them to match an online discount in store, but I understand that the employee's hands must have been tied in that situation. Overall, shockingly pleasant

5 stars for the employees. Very helpful and bright even in the midst of this living Covid nightmare we're all dealing with. 1 star for Comcast as a company.

Job well done by Wayne Brown and all thre staff at Xfinity Santa Cruz location!
First time i have not had to call customer support after leaving the store when getting service at a new location.
Employees (especially Wayne Brown:) were very knowledgable, understanding and personable.
This location has all the correct social distancing procedures in place and the rules are being respected by all. Nice to see that Xfinity knows what 6ft is lol.
Overall it was a great experience during a very stressful time. I will be back.

I was told I had to give them a credit card number. They said it was a policy. When I get my account summary the next day they had me set up for autopay thru my credit card. I was never told this. I think it is a very sneaky way for the salesman to get auto pays. I have called three times today to get it corrected. I have waited on hold at three different numbers for 30 minutes each. Currently still on hold.
Not very happy right now. This is the last time I am holding. Unbelievable that I need to drive to the store to talk to a human.

After lengthy phone calls and two trips to the store, we had to keep our old box because we were told the new box would most likely not work with the addition of Starz since we do not have the Infinity package. Why weren't we told this at the beginning? We cannot change our internet because we live in a community with our own Wi-Fi.
We are long-time customers who pay over $170 per month. We are on Social Security and merely wanted to add Starz. It really was such a fiasco.

Place was very helpful there's a lot of workers there that are extremely helpful there's a place with nice couches you can sit and watch TV there's a million products there that are great good service I recommend it to anybody

Monday afternoon I went to trade 2 old std cable boxes for one xfinity cable box w/out recorder. I was in the store for a total of 10 minutes. Mission accomplished. Staff very courteous and helpful. The last time I went to this location, approx 8 months ago, I was there for about 45 minutes before being helped. Vast improvement.

I wanted to speak to someone at the local Xfinity store on River St.in Santa Cruz California to start cell service with them, sadly, there does not appear to be a local phone number so even calls to this store are forced through the already nonfunctional 1-800 number. Sitting on hold to ask two simple questions caused me to buy phones and service elsewhere although i have has cable service with them for 10 plus years. That too will come to an end soon.

You have to wait to do anything. Did all the work online to make my experience quick. Not happening at this location.super lame. The employees were nice though.

Chose to go with Comcast simply due to the better customer service compared to ATT next door, where I waited atleast 10 minutes unnoticed. At Comcast it's usually slow and you get quick service.

Quick service and good clean store. Was confusing to get started as it was empty and the check in desk wasn't being used. But was approached by an employee in about 5 minutes from entering and quickly exchanged my router for a new one and was out the door 5 minutes later.

Came here to return a modem, put my name in the queue, after waiting 30 minutes I just dropped it on the desk and said see ya later. Libraries, Video Stores, so many places have this process established already to be efficient. Not your local telecom monopoly though. It will be good a day when none of my money goes to support this parasite of a company.
