Just like all the utilities it is all about money and greed. You might not consider a cable company a utility but when they own the lines in your area and you are in the trees there is no other choice. Pretty much the same thing, a legal Monopoly.

Good enough actual service but billing practises esp.with cancellation is awful and confusing. Pricing is very odd to as in overpriced and charging rental fees for the modem.

Though there were about 8 employees and two customers in the store not a single person ever greeted me or asked if I needed help, despite my walking around looking in need of assistance trying to get someone to notice me for almost 5 minutes. Eventually I was able to help myself at the self service kiosk without any assistance. The poor people who came in after me had the same experience, but when they finally got some to acknowledge them all she did was tell them she was off the clock! Awful.

Comcast is ok but would rather have another cable company that could choice not only the package but the channels. If you don't speak Spanish then why pay for them along with the sports channels, Don't watch but have to pay for them. They seem to get you one way or another but probley by next year there will someone (another company) that can offer something better then having to watch reruns all the time.

The store is an improvement compared to what we previously had here in SC, it is spacious, the employees were friendly, service was prompt. But it is still Comcast and I would not have gone there in the first place if Comcast would not just randomly increase prices or otherwise mess around with our internet service. I wish there was a market for these services and not just one monopolist.

Was surprised by their customer service, as opposed to what I received during phone calls. Good folks doing a good job - be a model for Comcast.

I've had to come in to get a new modem. The facility is large and clean, the staff is friendly and helpful.

The man who came was prompt and thorough. He checked everything before leaving. Came to help with TV hookup and checked my router, etc.
Appreciate their service.

The people are pretty nice there but there's always a decent amount of wait time. Usually one has to go there because one is getting gouged by Comcast.

One of the best Xfinity locations I have visited. Compared to Seattle, the staff and location are at a minimum 300% better!

Went to pay my Comcast bill. They told me to use the quick pay kiosk. Kiosk charged me way more then what was due on my bill. DO NOT PAY YOUR BILL USING THEIR KIOSK SEE A REAL PERSON OR MAIL YOUR BILL IN. Jack

I went during the week day about 1 in the afternoon. I had just moved and needed pick up new equipment. I was in and out of there in under 5 minutes.

Horrible service. Never anyone at the sign in desk to help you. When I finally got signed in, I had to wait forever even though I was#3 on the wait list. Reps are very slow. It's worse than DMV. Today all I'm doing is exchanging the box. Been here 20 min and haven't moved up the list. The employees move like they're zombies.

Bad service. Latest goof got a replacement comcast box.clerk gave me the wrong activation code. No way to contact the store directly. Poor service. Idea of having a store front is only as good as the service provided. Prior goof. Comcast box went bad after 2 days of use. Now at 11 pone calls, three service tech home visits' and two trips to the store. AND STILL NO SERVICE.

The people were nice. The person who took care of us was polite and helpful. We got what we needed. I have them 4 stars because the check in process was a little clumsy.

They make you sign in and wait for 15 mins to drop off your equipment. Staff is tired, overworked, and look like they might hate Comcast even more than you do.

Helpful service. Staff didn't try to upsell on any products beyond the broadband plan I wanted, which surprised and delighted me.
