I went in this morning because my phone stopped receiving calls/texts. When I explained it to them, they said "oh ya, your phone (purchased less than a year ago) is no longer supported on our network. Here's a phone number, call them and they will mail you a new one, bye. " I said how am I supposed to call this number if my phone doesn't work, but that wasn't their problem. So I was forced to walk out without a new phone, still paying for my current service. No warning, no emails, nothing on their website about them discontinuing this service.

They’re very UNPROFESSIONAL. My family has had the same number for YEARS and all of a sudden our house number was changed WITHOUT BEING NOTIFIED! For months we haven’t received ANY calls, we hadn’t heard from our pharmacy, our schools, or doctors and the list goes on. If we didn’t figure it out, we wouldn’t have known. Not only that BUT it’s been weeks going in store SEVERAL times to have it fixed, in house appointments, calls and we currently STILL haven’t had any change to it. DO NOT CONNECT WITH THEM.

The service here was without a doubt fantastic! Max helped my wife and I with changing our mobile service over to Xfinity. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and professional. Took the time to answer our absurd amount of questions and provided us with a lot of useful information. He provided package options and introduced us to possible phone options. Max should be teaching a class on what great customer service looks like.

The customer service at this location is excellent! Easy parking and accomadating hours. Very helpful and courteous team, even at their other location near Todos Santos Plaza, the customer service was really upping their game. Good work Xfinity! Thank you

A new location for the Concord store previously at Todos Santos plaza. It can get very busy but I think they do their best during rush hours. My best experience is when I pre-arrange the purpose of my visit (usually equipment upgrades) over the phone before visiting the store.

So.long wait to upgrade a cable box. Employee was nice enough but when I got home, he had removed the cable box (that he just gave me) from my account. Took more than one hour on the phone to get this fixed. Then Xfinity determines there's a problem with the house cable service so they send a tech out who "fixes" everything.except he accidentally disables our WiFi. They get another tech out several hours later. So a box upgrade leads to two days if frustration and incompetence. Typical Comcast.

Awful service. Worst I have ever seen. Trying to return equipment. Long line if people. Noone served for 20 minutes, so dumped equipment with a note on and left. They will probably try to charge me for it. For goodness sake get more staff or an easier way to return equipment.

Beautiful new store, we were helped very quickly. Max was outstanding. He spent 1.5 hours with us and we left very satisfied. Max, you’re the BEST!

Really nice location but the only thing I don't like about Xfinity stores is the fact they don't have phone numbers. I wanted to call to see if they had the equipment I needed and once I drove 30 minutes to get there they said they did not. All together though really nice store and atmosphere I would recommend getting phones though haha

A month ago, me and my boyfriend had a plan with internet plus Blast, and basic TV channels. We wanted to take the TV off because we didn't really watch TV at all for a few months. After an employee looked at our plan on the computer, he told us that we could get faster internet without TV channels for $10 cheaper than our current bill cost ($80). When we visited, it was night time and we didn't have the cable box to turn in to them, but said we'd come tomorrow. When we did, the employee we talked to the night before wasn't there. The woman we talked to said that it is not at all true that we could get the deal that man told us we could get. Though, we could get faster internet, and no TV channels for the same price ($80). We are pretty annoyed that we can't get what that man promised we could get, so we just go with what this woman told us we could get. Fast forward a few weeks, and our bill autopayment is taken from out joint account, charging us $90. The man lied. The woman lied. Crappy service, unreliable, inconsistent information given, and unfortunately, you're the only Comcast in my freaking area.

Xfinity is truly one of, if not THE, Worst and Greed driven internet providers of the decade! They advertise speeds they do NOT deliver on (my 1G of service was coming in at 1/5th the speed it should have been) the WiFi crashes regularly, even after I’ve instructed everyone to turn the WiFi off on their phones so I can stream Hulu or Netflix, even basic tasks are too much for this service providers abilities. This company fails daily on its customer satisfaction radar, but they don’t care as long as they have your billing information, your just another customer paying for them to be in business while they treat us like garbage and rip off the paying clients with horrible internet at top dollar prices. I will ONCE again be going with local services, Comcast & Xfinity are a Joke.

I just came in to get a quote and ended up getting internet and cable deal which I couldn't get over the phone for a much lower price than over the internet or phone
Waited for about 5 minutes watch tv and check some phones they called my name and got what I w antes and more thanks to Ronald

Just avoid, instead order on internet. Salesperson will blatantly lie in your face about the price available on internet and will sell the package at $15 extra.

This company lobbied congress to end net neutrality.and they won. My internet is already being throttled for no reason. The company's board of directors deserve to be put in prison for charging me over $100 a month to get 0.33mbps download speeds which is worse than you get in Bosnia.

I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I was served. The line was about six deep when I arrived but moved at a very rapid pace. They courteously and professionally resolved my issues and had me out the door in under 10 minutes.

It's not the employees, it's corporate policy and procedures. There's no concern for the client, only the corporate profitability. I think their plan is to bleed customers slowly with every fee & charge they can mamake up.
