36The associate who I spoke to really worked hard to get me a plan that suited my needs at an acceptable price. I'll visit this store again when my next contract expires.
I stopped into the Concord location twice recently to ask a couple of tech questions. VERY IMPRESSIVE that I was met by a helpful tech immediately who personally dealt with my issue and offered a solution. Total time spent in the store was less than ten minutes.
On the second visit, same positive experience and was served by a tech named John Guido who's advice was spot on, saving me time and money.
Keep up the great work, folks.
This is an uncomfortable place to do business. The staff is forced to upsell, and management is always looming
I go here to get and exchange equipment and also to set up service appointments, rather than slog my way through the annoying phone method.
In very very upset with the technicians they were supposed to fix my Wi-Fi today but instead they came to give a diagnosis. I played my Wi-Fi Sunday and it still won't work because of a wire and the comcast technician who owns all the wires say they can't fix it. I'm only happy with xfinity comcast. I'm very disappointed. I wanna give y'all no stars.
Ugh how are these people even in business. Every time I go in its like they have found a new creative way to make people wait 30 minutes or more.
Gave me the wrong cable and receiver combination, and wanted to charge additional fee for the HD receiver although comcast technical support said it should be free
Even though I was leaving COMCAST as a customer, the staff at this store was polite and fast. I was not questioned nor was I given the "third degree" when returning my leased equipment.
Terrible. Inquired about Seasonal Hold but declined it. They did it anyway without my knowledge and then I had to wait 24 hours to have my service restored after about on hour on the phone trying to find out what happened. They did give me a $20 credit. Wow, a whole $20!
Was the best experience I've had at Xfinity so far. The last time I was in line for almost 3 hours, this time I was there for maybe 10 mins. Everyone was helpful and friendly.

They have me the wrong equipment, even though I have them the model number. How does that happen? No product knowledge.
Customer service that doesn't even try to hide their disgust for you. Also, you wouldn't need to talk to customer service if their internet service was reliable at all.
Much easier than talking to Comcast on the phone. Excellent service and the wait time wasn't long at all. Definitely worth the trip. =)
There was almost no queue, but the service was bad. They made a big mess. They set me the wrong plan, which was more expensive. Then it was difficult to change the plan for the one that I originally wanted.
On the 27th of this month we returned an additional outlet digital adapter to the Xfinity Store at Salvio St, Concord and was greeted by Michael and did an outstanding customer job! He took care of us immediately and we were on our way out with the replacement equipment in no time. Michael deserve a great praise for a job well done! Thank you very much indeed.
