A very popular RV/Cabin (s) /Tent park geared for the whole family in mind. My first time visiting this park. It's December at the park was well visited. Lot's of water activities here and what I observed are improvements or upgrades in progress. I would like to visit again to see the finished work.

We celebrated cousins BD - 2 families with kids ages 2-18. With COVID, distancing worked, with 2 cabins side by side and fire pit / picnic table and chairs in between. Cabins clean and fully equipped. I recommend for get away during these times.

Mini golf, bounce pillow, golf cart, scooters, and ceramics were fun.

We won the Cabin Christmas decorating contest with a prize towards a return visit.

Will definitely come back when boating, lazy river and pool open again!

It was amazing. Wen't for my bday with friends and my family. Cabin was just perfect and comfy. Very clean and up to date. Very handicap assesible. We came during winter season. Prices were great. Can get to be pretty pricy in spring and summer. Unless you have a rv its awesome. Only negative I have is that one of the grounds people need some people skills. Very rude. Other then that can't wait to come back.

False advertising on their website. Nothing is available (activities) through the week, only 1 pool & they want to over charge you because they are "not in season, it's not peak season". Which is why it should be at discount price especially because none of the activities are Available! Not to mention you are charged for linens. Very disappointing for our kids. Over rated, over priced and dishonest company. Please find other things to do and stay.

A step above camping. There are cabins the size of tiny homes. You still need to bring your own towels, bedding, pillows, soap. There's no stove. Got water ran out within 2 minuets: (

Nice place for kids. Prices lil high but its for the pools and kids stuff so makes sense. Needs better tent camping placement for sure!

Husband saw article in newspaper few weeks ago. We took the drive today yo check it out. Camping & cabins. Pool. Water slides. Small beach area right on delta. We plan on going back to stay for few days. Was busy today but all appeared to be having fun.

Love it here, my family and I are coming back! The only thing that could be worked on is cleaner showers and bathroom. The pool should be open for swimming later than 8: 00 in the summer.

I went there to visit a group of friends that was staying there for 4 days with their grandkids they were having a great time lots of fun things for all the kids to do. We all went to the pool for a few hours I enjoyed it very much. The lifegaurds could have payed more attention I think.

Booked this spot 6 months ago with the intention that it was a waterpark 14 hour drive from Arizona & we find out it's no waterpark & it's all unfinished. We received no phone call & still paying premium rate for a concrete slab. Huge disappointment & vacation waisted! Even charge me $25 for a firepit when everother spot has a firepit. Tics everywhere! No fun & no thankyou!

Just spent 2 nights in a Cozy Cabin. Loved the whole experience. Lots of activities for family & children. Our cabin was pristine. Due to my inability to walk much, we rented a golf cart-made it so convenient. We also had a delicious dinner at the restaurant. Anxious for a second visit.
Thank You to Yogi & Boo Bear. Love your new dwellings.

Has it's pros and cons. Spaces are so close together that it is very crowded. Feels like you are packed in like sardines. Some guests are less than favorable and security is not reliable. People are speeding by on golf carts while drinking with kids everywhere. The pool is nice but crowded since water park isnt open. And while it is a parent's job to be responsible for their own kids the lifeguards are not enforcing rules and safety.
