Very few times you find services that deliver what they advertise, Zero Res is the exception! On time and very knowledgeable courteous staff. The carpet looks great and we learned a few things too! I will use them again!

Cleaning was fast and professional. Technician was communicative and helpful. Carpets were very dirty in high-traffic areas, and improvement after the treatment was great. Office staff is friendly and courteous. For our very difficult job, we had great results. Would definitely use Zerorez next time!

The cleaners did a nice job overall. In the past they have placed styrofoam type protectors under the furniture legs. I’m not sure if they did it this time - or maybe they removed them as they were cleaning up?

This is the second time we have used this company and their services are great, but when hiring a nontoxic company to come and clean my carpets, it’s a huge bummer to have a technician show up wreaking of smoke and leaving a trail of it everywhere he went.

I was very happy with my cleaning. They were early for their appointment. They had some cancellations and asked if I would like to get cleaned earlier. They were fast and efficient. The results are wonderful. They left booties for us to use while it finishes drying. Overall, very impressed. This was the first time using this company. I would recommend to use them again.

Excellent service and quick! Had my carpets cleaned and they look like new. Took less than 45 min to complete 3 rooms and a few stairs and will dry in 7-8 hours! Very pleased with quality, service and price. Will definitely be calling them again.

I was so impressed with Zerorez! In the past have used another cleaning business and this time wanted to try Zerorez. I am so glad I did and will be using them from now on.

Eddy was so professional he was in an out in no time at all. He suggested another service Zerorez has when cleaning the carpet that I will have done the next time in about 6 months. Another thing I really liked my carpet was dry enough to walk on as soon as Eddy left. We needed booties for a couple hours but that was all.

Okay, I have tried many carpet cleaners in my day.today was the first time I've used Zerorez. They came and did a fantastic job on my carpet, and the young man by the name of Darin, was awesome, very polite, well spoken and a hard worker. My compliments to the company and this wonderful young man. I will definitely recommend their work to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

Good as it gets. You book it, get as much as you can off the carpet, they clean it expertly, let it dry a few hours, and you put everything back. No chemical odors, no fuss, and a fair price. Our third experience with Zerorez. We'll be back again!

This company cleans carpets spectacularly well. But the vent cleaning crew is not a competent crew.
The vent cleaning crew arrived on time but had to wait 1.5 hrs for a support pole to arrive from the depot, reputedly 15 min away
They seem like nice guys, but unorganized. Price was high because of the “negative pressure” needed to force air out into the HEPA filter - which was placed in my back yard.
Work completed in 50 minutes, with a large price. The moldy smell in my return filter has returned. I put my fan on full blast when I am gone trying to clean the vents out.
I have received no receipt as was promised. All I ever received was a verbal quote for $726, a discount supposedly of 20%. Nor did I receive an explanation of what they supposedly were spraying in my vents.
The cleanup was a quick vacuum of the areas under the vents, using my vacuum. Unfortunately a substantial amount of fragmented plaster remained in my carpets and scattered on furniture and appliances.
I am unhappy that I don’t know the chemicals used in my house, that I have no receipt or warranty for this work. I hope to hear soon.
