"Wow, wow, wow! "Those were what my husband exclaimed after ZR cleaned our carpets. We were planning a visit from our daughter's family, and had two seldom used rooms (for 5 years). We were moving out items from the rooms and discovered a mouse had once taken up residence long ago and left calling cards (severe urine stains), as well as our daughter's late puppy spots. I was worried that we would need new carpeting. After ZR finished, our carpet looked like brand new! No kidding, it's perfect! This was my first time using Zerorez and I am very happy with the results! Our Zerorez technician Miguel was professional, courteous and answered all of my questions. He did an excellent job cleaning our carpet and two of our couches. I have to say that my living room hasn’t looked this clean in ages! I have several pets and accidents occur quite often. I made a reservation with this business to weeks in advance for the times between 8 AM and 10 AM. They called at 9: 15 to state they’re running two hours late… How was that possible? They offer me later times of course which is inconvenient for me with no compensation adjustment. Apparently their time is more valuable than mine… Changing companies

Tom was great. He called to say he could come over early which was great and helped out our plans. He explained everything to me so I could understand it, took some measurements and got started and did a great job. Tom gets 5 stars in my book
