Domino's Pizza, Washington DC

My online order pizza was not made right. My cheese stuff breadsticks didn't have cheese in it just on top. Really disappointed

Pizza was very bad and I got a simple cheese pizza and I ask without garlic crust and they put garlic crust. It was simple tasks they they failed to follow usually my pizza is great but this time it was bad. Never again.

Consistently poor service from this location. One trick they love to use is to claim the pizza is delivered before it actually is. So the tracker will show delivered, but the pizza is not here. It then comes another 15 minutes later. Not sure what the drivers are doing in the meantime, but it means delayed pizzas (I.e, cold) and poor service. And then when you try to call and ask about your order, they claim the tracker “sometimes does that. ” Do not expect to speak to a manager because they continually tell you the manager is “not in the store right now. ”

Very unprofessional nothing was organized when I came into dominos my name was on the screen say 2 min wait time the cashier told me that the same cashier being to the goofy around came back to me and asked me my name all in 5 min he forgot my name n my order number 2min wait time turn into 26 min never will I came back here and nobody else should either

Four hours later.pizza never even made it to me. The employees couldn't even get in touch with the driver.

I don’t ever leave reviews but this by far was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. Delivery took 2+ hours, staff was rude, food was subpar, and there was no attempt to rectify the situation. This is poor business and I will never order from this location again. I will stick to my usual location.

This Domino's has outstanding service. The food is always hot and ready to go and it tastes delicious. The workers are very kind and professional. I recommend this place to all of my friends

I ordered at 8.30pm and I got my pizza at 10.40pm. I didn't get any notification even though I subscribed to text alerts. Called store twice and the person very rudely answered when asked about the 2hour delay.

Manager treats employee like dirt beneth her shoes talks about them behind their backs and as a customer I shouldn't be able to hear here conversation.store#4329

Food arrived an hour and a half late. Before it was sent out for delivery I had to call and ask for my order before someone realized it was made online.worst Pizza ordering experience I've ever had

After placing the order online, I called Domino's to see soda to my order. I was she'd to hold on for a moment. After holding on for 31 minutes, it was disconnected. Within those 31 minutes, I tried calling from 2 other phones but got no answer.

Good carryout. I've never ordered delivery, so I can't comment on all the other reviewers bad experiences with that, but takeout has always been quick, easy, and the quality level I expect for a Domino's.

Very poor customer service. I ordered at 10: 30pm and received my order after 2 hours. I tried calling the store but no one was taking the calls. The delivery driver called me and said she will reach in minute and then arrived after half an hour. Very unprofessional. I ordered pasta and oven baked sandwich. Pasta was bland as if they forgot to add salt. Sandwich was OK.

Pizza was delivered about 20 minutes later than I requested, but the driver, James, made up for it by providing plates and napkins.

They checked my pizza an hour ago and still haven’t said it’s on the way. Tried calling the store but no one answered. I ordered an hour and a half ago. Ridiculous that I can’t even get an update.

Ordered 2 pizzas - 1 mushroom, 1 cheese.

Both pizzas were cheese and one pizza was not even cut.

Why is it so hard to follow directions on an online order?

Live nearby and have ordered (sometimes, like just now, TRIED to order) many times, and they suck. I've paid for pizza before and never had it ordered and they hung up when I tried to call back.be ready to be on hold for 30 min and wait 2 hrs for pizza

Pretty much what you see in the other reviews. Ordered at 11: 15 told it would be here between 15-45 minutes, over an hour later and still waiting. Calling the store gave varying responses from, it's out for delivery, the driver just left (yes, this means i was lied to) to it's out for delivery. Rude staff as well, should have asked for a refund off of principle.

Great deals! Fresh pizza, I never tried domino’s before but kids always loved it! And now I know why! Its a better version of PH pizza

We have only had bad service from this place. Knowing this, I still (stupidly) decided to try again. We are currently waiting on two pizzas that were ordered at 11 AM and the tracker says left the store at 11: 28 AM. We tried calling twice just now but no one picked up and instead the automated commercials played over and over. It’s 12: 09 PM, and we have yet to hear from the restaurant or our driver.
(For reference, we live about a 20 minute WALK from this store location and it is a Sunday)
