Domino's Pizza, Washington DC

Terrible location; consistently unable to deliver pizza in less than 2 hours. Will never order again.

We placed the order at 7: 29. It came out of the oven at 7: 45 pm and didn't arrive to our house until 8: 45 pm. Once we got the cold pizza, it hadn't been sliced. It is one huge piece of pizza. Kind of a sad pizza night.

Order was easy online. The order was placed without mistakes and the driver was courteous. This is not my first time ordering from this location and I am very satisfied with their attention to my families food. Thank you ALL

I literally would give them 0 stars if I could. They never delivered our order and consistently hung up on us. When I called the store to get an update (for the 100th time) they told me it was on the way. I told them they just told me that 30 minutes ago and then the store employee said the delivery driver would be back soon to pick up our pizza to deliver it and he didn’t exactly know when. When I said well when is it coming he said the driver wasn’t his problem. Do not order from here. Ever.

Horrible service, they always take forever and they lie about the status of the order. I just ordered food it arrived 1 and a half hour after I placed the order and it was cold. Don't waste your money and time just order UberEats or Postmates.

My experience with this domino's has it's ups and downs. I've had.my food delivered on time, but I also had my food delivered over an hour late and even had the wrong food. I order mostly because it's The closest pizza place and my son loves pizza

This location it's horrible. Ordered online at 5: 32pm. The online tracker said the driver left with my food at 5: 55pm. My food arrived at 6: 40pm. When I called the store I must have been lied to about why my food was late because the driver's story didn't match up. After being told that my order had been delayed because an item needed to be redone we discovered that the order was incorrect. Not just one incorrect item.three. Only one item was fresh and warm so maybe they did have to remake that part of the order. Too bad the rest was old and cold.

I am highly disappointed in the unprofessionalism of this location. Yesterday, we had a meeting at my place of employment and decided to order pizza from Domino's as we've done in the past. When the driver arrived at the business he called my cell phone but because I was at work assisting customers was unable to answer at that time. When I called him back his response was "Ma'am I am on my way back to the store and you will have to have someone else make your delivery because I get off at 5pm" When I asked him why didn't he come inside to make the delivery his response was "Ma'am I'm NOT leaving my car to come inside to drop these pizzas off" This was shocking to me how rude and unprofessional this employee was especially since he was delivering to a business of professionals who have ordered from this Domino's before. In the past when we placed orders to be delivered the driver always came Inside to drop the pizzas off with no problem. I will NEVER and repeat NEVER order from this location again and maybe even never from Domino's. I work in customer service for a living and would never speak to a customer especially one who is supporting your business in the matter. When I spoke with management at this location she did not assist with resolving this matter which is why I will not patron here again and have also communicated this situation with my company so that Domino's will not be a choice to order from in the future.

Great and convenient for pickup.

Place was clean, light music filled the dining area.

I ordered 12 pizzas over the phone, no mess-ups on either pizza. All were hot and ready to eat when i got back to my destination.

I do wish there was a free (2) two litter of soda for large orders. I'll definitely order from them again.

Don't bother. I wish I could tell you how the pizza was, but we never got it. Ordered delivery, waited an hour and a half, and it got marked delivered without us ever receiving a call or any notification whatsoever. We called and they offered a $20 store credit and to redeliver the pizza. We never saw either the credit or the pizza.
Edit: Pizza came, two hours after we ordered it, completely cold. No sign of the store credit. Doesn't matter too much, we definitely won't be doing this again.

New location just opened, very convenient for NoMa residents. Carryout deal was great, and service was quick

On Three separate occasions, I ordered pizza for my department at Gallaudet University. Twenty-six pizzas arrived on time and hot. This is why I continue to order from Domino's at the West Virginia Avenue location. They have been very dependable and haven't failed me yet. Thank you so much for doing an exceptional job.

App said pizza would take 75 minutes to be delivered. Pizza left the store in 60 minutes, but took another 75 minutes to get to our house. Pizza was completely cold and soggy. Driver was rude. Manager fought me on wait times and claimed he was powerless to help. I guess Domino’s is changing their business model.:/
