Dominos Tracker says it’s ready and I still waited another 15 minutes while he was taking phone orders smh

They missed a part of my order, and when we called we were told to wait for the driver to return with it. We waited 30 minutes to then call back and learn that they never sent the driver back. We called again and asked for a refund and were LAUGHED AT. I had to sit my family down and ask then to eat cold pizza, because we trusted they would send their driver back in a reasonable amount of time. In particular, Juan, the manager at this location was especially unhelpful and unaccommodating. I hope he gets some needed retraining, and I hope this is not representative of Dominoes professionalism in general.

Pizza is way late and the customer service is non-existent.

I wish I had read reviews of the store before ordering a pizza last night. I ordered it at 6: 30pm and after six calls to the store and getting hung up on six times I gave up and ordered pizza elsewhere. I woke up at 10: 15PM to knocking on my door and it was the pizza! They offered to give it to me for free but of course I turned it away at that point. I was shocked at how inefficient they could be. I suppose the only saving grace for these folks is that because I was never able to talk to someone in the store no one was ever actually rude to me. I don't think this is that much of positive though. Just order somewhere else.

I had ordered food from domino's for my friend with his number as contact information only while delivering. The delivery guy called once and went back without delivering. They did not even try to contact me. I even contacted the manger who just came up with reasons and did not agree to deliver the food. Very disappointed in the service.

This spot is my preferred one. I go to many restaurants but to this place I keep coming back again and again. The stuff is very warm and the cooking they cook is so tasty. I never decline to have a nice meal here. I highly recommend this place.

Disappointed about how long it’s taking for delivery. Tried calling the location and no response. It has been over an hour 45 since I placed my order and still have not received any notification of delivery. Sad!

Foods always good! The big guy who runs the place is a complete A*******! His attitude is horrible on the phone and in person!

I love your food but the on-line ordering process is a bit cumbersome. There are too many questions to the point where I considered canceling my order twice. I’m not saying the questions aren’t relevant there are just too many of them. Perhaps one solution is to make your site less busy and format it more cleanly. In the end I suspect most of us are simply too hungry to respond to them.

This it the most stupid Dominos i ever seen, i called here and ordered food they said its gonna take 25 min to deliver, but i wait 1hr and 20 min still did not get the food,

Horrible customer service and wait times! I don’t usually do reviews but after multiple bad experiences it was ridiculous.

Order online and said that it will be ready in 10 mins. I got there 20 mins later and they didn't even started

Love Dominos pizza especially this location. They always make my order correctly and the staff are really nice. Definitely my favourite location.

Pizza deliveries consistently take >30 minutes despite living around only around a 1/2 mile from the location. Frequently, pizzas are marked as delivered when they haven’t been, and, upon calling them, they always respond that “it’ll be there in 5 minutes. ” It’s usually closer to an hour, and often only after calling back multiple times. Will remember not to order from here again

I’ve never had a problem ordering at this location, if anything this might be one of the best ones that I’ve ordered from. Each time they make my food perfectly and the delivery driver (Gamal) arrives way before expected

Was waiting outside for the delivery for almost 30 min, and the delivery status became “delivered” with no message, phone call or anything. No one pick up the call when I try to reach the store.

Poor customer service and lack of communication. I work at a summer camp program nearby where we have been ordering from them for years. It is constantly a struggle to get the pizza on time. We will not be ordering from this location again. Thank you.

Called and asked if they delivered to my location. Was assured they did. Waited for an hour and fifteen minutes before calling. Was told it was on its way but they were busy. Called back thirty minutes later and finally, after fifteen minutes more, was transferred to a manager after being hung up on twice. The manager finally told me they wouldn’t deliver to my location. His solution? I could come pick it up. Do yourself a favor and get pizza anywhere but here.

Ordered 4 pizzas. The delivery driver only gave us 3/4 pizzas, made us pay for all 4 then left. Called the store we ordered from and the manager was extremely rude and hung up on us. The 3/4 pizzas we did receive were also made incorrectly-we ordered pizzas with garlic crust and none of them had garlic crust.

Best Pizza place in Wisconsin Ave area! Never fails to impress me everytime I ordered from them

Even though dominos is everywhere, I'm still going to give give starts due to the fact that they made a good pizza, they were quick, and the staff seemed to have a lot of fun with each other. Many other people might be very annoyed with the fact that they had explicit music playing from the kitchen, they seemed very happy to be with each other (probably collage kids getting paid) and the fact that they were not miserable to be at their job like alot of people are
