Domino's Pizza, Washington DC

My pizza was just delivered totally disheveled and cold. If I could upload a picture I would but it looks and tastes awful. Disappointing as I always order dominos but may need to consider after getting a $20 pie delivered that looked like it had been shaken up.

This Dominoes is way more friendly and nice people working than it was under the previous management. The friendly peeps who at this dominoes are pretty awesome actually. And I onl eat pizza normally from Dominoes so I don't know about the rest but the people the service and the pizza is this dominoes rocks.

Costumer service horrible. I only received help from one of their employees named Chris. The rest of the staff was disrespectful and nasty

I walked into this location and ordered a large 3 topping pizza, which everyone knows cost $7.99 this is a nationally advertised price, not some secret promotion that you would only know about online, I order dominoes maybe 3 times a month all over the metropolitan area and every time I've ordered when I mentioned I want a large 3 topping pizza I'm always charged $7.99, why because I didn't change the special in any kind of way, you know ordering more toppings or something like that, so I never had to worry about a different price, well when I went to this location and ordered, my price was 19.21. I thought maybe I was charged for 2 pizzas, when I called and explained and I was told I have to request the special, what in the hell, are you serious, the manager gets on the phone and says we are not trying to get over and that 80% of the people who order pay full price, that's exactly what you're doing getting over. They don't make any real money off of these specials, so when anyone doesn't ask for the $7.99 special they've just made a profit over the other locations, this place is also franchised, so that would explain why they feel they shouldn't have to follow what the corporate locations are doing, I've never had to mention that I want the $7.99 special when I order a large 3 topping pizza, only at this location and you can bet that if the special was discontinued they would be happy to charge you full price and when you ask why weren't you charged a lesser price, oh I'm sorry that special ended not to long ago, that I can understand and accept. When you go and get a special from McDonald's and order it the way it is advertised do you think they're going to charge you full price when there's a special going on, no, when the promotion ends they tell you and tell you the price, it's up to you to still take it or leave it, the guy at dominoes didn't even tell me my price otherwise, I would have caught it like I said this was the first time this has happened and the last. Watch what you order from this place if you don't mention that you want the special they will charge you full price. To me this whole experience has showed me you can't trust the people that you're ordering from to honor their specials, whether you know about or not. Like I told the manager I will get my money back one way or the other count on it.

This place is terrible. Zero prioritization of orders. They have no respect for online ordering. Avoid

I've tried many times with this particular store. I leave feedback on the site on the poor quality of their pizza but have yet to receive a call or any sort of indication that they heard about my experience. To highlight one of the many recurring issues, there is no difference in the amount of cheese you order. It will always be the same light layer.
Additionally, I leave instructions on the delivery to call when they are at the door. I have yet to receive the call and see them at the door, sometimes I am waiting for 10 minutes for them to reach it. Sometimes they just wait at their car for me to go to them halfway down the hill.
I've been ordering dominos for most of my life, I love their pizza and have usually loved their customer service. Didn't think this would be the store to push me away.

Easily the best Domino's I've ever ordered from. Always good quality pizza and friendly delivery.

Awful service. RUDE employees and manager. 2 hours late on a simple order. Called to cancel and the manager hung up on me. Didn't expect much from a bunch of fast food employees, but this place is pathetic.

First and last time ordering from them. My job is literally 2 blocks away and I still got an hour after the tracker said it was here. Waited near the door the entire time. The delivery guy was very rude and then turned around to actually ask for a tip. The worst thing about was that it wasn't the kind of pizza I ordered but when you're pregnant and starving, your main focus is eating. NEVER again!

I would leave Zero Stars if that were an option. 2 hours and no pizza delivery. Called multiple times and got a different story each time. Called to cancel the delivery after 2.5 hours, and the manager was rude and hung up on me, Garbage. Garbage employees. Garbage manager. Garbage service. Pathetic.

The worst service ever. They can never get an order right. 2 hours to deliver, and then be told it's not coming.
