Logan 14 Aveda Salon & Spa, Washington DC

I've been going to Kassandra for massages for years – she is THE BEST. Perfect amount of pressure, super professional. I always walk out feeling completely renewed and relaxed. (Also: the salon seems to be doing a great job ensuring a safe environment during covid – temperature checks at the door, everyone's masked, great spacing/distance.)

Did a balayage with Josh and it was amazing. I was soo happy with the color he did. Can't wait to come back and see him again!

I had a one-hour massage with Cassandra (sp?) and it was wonderful. She has great, intuitive, and confident hands. She’s very experienced. The rest of the salon staff was also very friendly! The space is larger than meets the eye and, even though it was busy, the massage space was quiet and relaxing. Thanks for making my bday weekend more memorable ️!

Bryan is absolutely amazing - a new member to their team, but he’s been in the business for years and has the skills to show for it! He really does an outstanding job with all the men’s cut essentials (styling, fading, texture, beard care, etc.) and you’ll never feel rushed or as if he’s giving you less than his full attention:)

My favorite salon for many years. No matter who I talk to, who I see, what service I get, I always get top quality service. The staff is very supportive, listen to their clients, and have excellent customer service. During COVID time this is the only place I trust - their policies are incredible and they actual stick to them. The owners and management care about the clients but ALSO care about their staff too and you can see that reflect throughout the salon.

Great salon! Went in for my first time for trim and am extremely happy with the results. A bit on the pricey side but I can honestly say it’s probably the best professional job I’ve ever had done on my hair.

JJ is KEY. They have an amazing eye. My cut was on point. The service and everything was perfect.covid prep/procedure was not a problem. It was my first time but tbh my other stylist might miss me since I’ll be coming here more.

Both my husband and I go to Logan 14 every 4-5 weeks. I get a manicure and a 60 minute massage. My manicure is always awesome and my massage by Chris is extremely relaxing. My husband has been going to Logan 14 exclusively for the past 7 years and I have been going to Logan 14 for the past 4 years. We would never go anywhere else because all the staff are extremely warm and welcoming and the services are awesome. I highly recommend Logan 14.

Gava was professional, timely and friendly! She took into account how I usually style my hair (which is pretty low maintenance), told me exactly how much she would be cutting off to fit my request and made suggestions on how to layer my hair. It was a collaborative process that I left feeling really good!

Love all the services here. Elizabeth is a fantastic aesthetician. I won’t go anywhere else for my brow. A pedi and mani by Ogi also well done. Highly recommend.

Really great experience! I am new in town and was looking for an Aveda salon. This one had good reviews so I gave it a try. I got my hair colored and cut by Terry. He did an amazing job. I've already got my next appointment booked in 6 weeks.

Definitely did not feel welcomed here as a person of color. I wanted to try this place as a DC transplant. I felt rushed and was not accommodated in the salon. I was told the tech would “make an exception” for the type of service I wanted. A gel pedicure? Wow.

I'm never going to go anywhere else. Haircuts can be really stressful for gender non-conforming people, but I feel absolutely welcome and at ease here. I absolutely recommend this salon for anyone who is transgender/nonbinary

Just moved to DC area and looking for a good men's cut. Have always had luck with Aveda salons to gave Logan 14 a try. Nice people, lots of frills but the haircut Terry gave me was rubbish - rushed, sloppy, uneven and misshapen with little attention to detail that I would expect from the Aveda brand and expense. Anyone can have a bad day so not making generalizations about the salon or the artist but I was disappointed and am unlikely to return.

Josh did a perfect job cutting my hair, or rather chopping it off for me! He got to know how much curl my hair has and how thick it is which really helped get a good result, and even helped take care of the bangs I’m trying to grow out. It was excellent, and being open on Sunday made it way more convenient for me. Thanks!

Bridgett does a fabulous job! The gals that wash your hair give you a head massage during and after the wash.

I haven't had the opportunity to check out all the services they offer but my stylist is the best. I followed her from Old Town and Logan 14 was her choice. The drive was not as bad as I thought and the Staff and service is really special! Worth the trip!

I have had services here, they are so so flexible on type, time, and can work with you on expirations of packages, deals with living social, etc. With so many salons to pick from, I would definitely choose here.

The staff at Logan 14 are super friendly and everyone always makes me feel welcomed. I can’t help but feel more relaxed after leaving this place.

Aside from the great ambience, I’ve been getting my haircut by Jessica Crawford for more than 10 years. She’s absolutely incredible. I know this because of the amount of compliments I receive within 24 hours of her cuts. I’ve sent all of my friends to her and the feedback is always the same. Jessica is THE BEST!
