Had the worst over priced manicure since I moved to DC. She basically didn’t even bother to take off my previous gel polish completely, and went in to apply the new polish on top of the residue gel polish, water was lukewarm, she didn’t pay attention to the heels of my feet and my feet came out as rough as they were before I got there. Shuffled me off to the waiting lounge and went home with no follow up.

Amazing experience as an out of towner visiting for the day. Constantine was a great stylist with an easy going personality and a beautiful trim to my medium length hair. Will be back!

Great salon and spa. Everyone is very friendly, and the services and artistry are top-notch. The waiting lounge is so serene. It's a little slice of heaven in the midst of busy 14th street.

First off this salon is absolutely beautiful and everyone was very friendly. However I have concerns with feasible solutions for clients. I have a bleach and tone every 6 weeks and vomor extensions. I've been a loyal Aveda customer for years. For almost 3 years I've used the vomor extensions and they have to be removed before the color service and then reinstalled after the color. I have 2 weeks before my next appointment and my extensions are slipping. 4 extensions have slipped out. 2 came out the first week and 2 this week. I called in advance of my appointment to ask for glue to be mailed to me as I live about 100 miles from the salon. My husband's work moves us around a lot:) I was told that they can't because it's against policy. I understand policy however my last Aveda salon did this for me. Did my last salon cut me a deal? Probably, because I spend 400-500 dollars every 6 weeks for my hair. I'm all for following guidelines, but I also think a judgement call in certain instances could have helped remedy this situation. I sadly had to cancel my upcoming appointment and will find another salon. I spent $445.00 here and I fully expect my extensions to last. I can understand one or two but not 4 and not with no option but to drive all the way back there to retape it. It's frustrating because I've had these for years and they've never slipped like this. A normal retape is done between 6-8 weeks anyway and I haven't changed the way I do my hair. Ugh such a pain because I really liked this place: (

I went to Logan 14 for the first time and loved it! Mark cut my hair and he did a great job. He listened to what I wanted and gave me a cut I'll be able to style on my own. Everyone was friendly and helpful and it was easy to book an appointment. I'll definitely be coming back.

Had a great experience here. The service was quick yet good. Staffs were expert and very knowledgeable.

I've loved every service I get at Logan 14-it has become my go-to salon for hair cuts, laser, and especially massages! I started getting massages with Ben in the last 6 months and am very very happy with him. Shannon for haircuts is also great!

Great experience with Brittany for a facial and Shannon for a keratin treatment! Will be coming back often.
