Medics USA - Primary and Walk-In Care, Washington DC

Would give them no stars if I could. First the front desk lady was extremely rude and aggressive with us earlier this week when we were simply letting her know we had arrived. But I thought, it's a pandemic it's probably a busy and stressful time for her, so I just let it go. Then last night, my husband was very sick so I called their emergency advice line. I was wondering if I should take my husband to the ER they said "No bring him into us at 10: 45am tomorrow"- around 10: 39am we are en route to the appointment and they randomly called to cancelled. We said "What? We are about 6 min away and he is very sick the appointment should be about to start and they told us we can't come -asked can we do a teladoc appointment now instead? My husband said how exactly are we supposed to do that in traffic? They told us they would call us back its been about an hour and we've heard nothing back. Just got a patient portal prescription notice in the app with no explanation. Inconsiderate and completely unhelpful. We are changing caregivers immediately.
