Potbelly Sandwich Shop reviews
36Love the sammies here. Lots of options. Breakfast too. The Voodoo chips are incredible. Cookies and dream bars for dessert. And don't forget the milkshakes
One of the better options to get a good, quick, and cheap bite to eat in the Gallery Place/Arena area. They have a great selection of sandwiches, salads and soups. Not a lot of seating, especially for groups bigger than 4. The place is clean and the staff is friendly.
Every Potbelly I have been to was on point. The service was great the food was delicious. Kudos to K Street NW and H Street NW, Washington DC
I just picked up a wreak salad from the 7th H Street location. The salad was made so pretty and very delicious. I can't to get another one. (February 5,2020)
For the location, this place is actually pretty darn good and surprisingly fast given the crowds of people that come during lunch time. The speed at which they serve without messing up the order is impressive given that places in the same general area can't chew bubble gum and walk.
I ordered online cause I only have 30 minutes of break & I get here & they haven’t even started getting my food ready there was no point in ordering online
The sandwich and soup turned out ok. The service I received was not professional and I literally could not understand what the lady behind the counter was saying to me. At some point the entire ordering experience was lost in translation. The group of female employees were more concerned with there conversation than serving me. I clearly stated I wanted lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, and hot peppers on my sandwich. When my sandwich was being wrapped I asked about the onions, tomatoes, lettuce, and pickles-the young lady said I didn’t ask for any. Instead of being confrontational I repeated what I wanted on my sandwich. But wait, it gets worse. The cashier gets my order and ask if I need anything else, I didn’t. I pay with my credit card and I look back at the cashier after standing there for 10 seconds and she says “what!? !? ! ” to which I replay “my receipt” she hand me the receipt with an attitude then walks away as it I’m the one who has a problem. Really? This was on Wednesday October 16 at approximately 15: 15hr. I really hope someone from corporate reads this. New training or a refresher course in customer service is needed ASAP.
Great place to get sandwiches right near George Washington University. They have many places to sit and there’s usually not a long waiting line. I definitely recommend the Pizza Sandwich and the A wreck sandwich filled with meats. They have a case of drinks as usual. Definitely recommend this place. Very fulfilling and friendly staff.
Good salad and soup (though something was a little salty). Floor was sticky. They should have cleaned up better after a spill. However, I'd definitely go back there.
I usually use the app to order ahead. The staff usually have my order ready when I get there. They are very friendly
It is always a pleasure to go to this shop.
Best sandwich in town. Sandwich + milkshake is heaven on earth! Affordable price and friendly staff.
Everyone at this Potbelly has been nothing short of perfect. It's always clean, stocked, friendly, timely, accurate. I could go on and on. Michelle specifically stood out to me. She would always go above and beyond to accommodate my orders.
Always reliably good, never too busy to serve you in a timely fashion, and boasting a clean, pleasant atmosphere. The staff in all Potbelly shops seem to be very well trained and have excellent customer service skills. Not 5 stars only because it's a sandwich and salad shop, not a fancier restaurant!)
Ive been coming here since they opened. The food is good, but you will always wait in line to pay, or to pick up an internet order. The front cashier always has other tasks assigned to them, and it takes quite a while to check out.
Great simple sandwich shop for people on the go
Tasty sandwiches in the middle of the university campus. Great for a quick lunch or just a take away.
Wir hatten ein sehr leckeres Sandwich hier. Der Kaffee war auch gut. Die Bedienung freundlich und schnell. Super:)
The staff does a great job. During the lunch rush, they manage to get orders completed quickly and still provide quality service. I have found that it is best to get there before 11: 30.
The manager working earlier today was a real jerk. She had the nerve to give me a hard time because they mistakenly gave me an Oreo shake that I did not ask for. I came back a few minutes after realizing they gave me the wrong order and she gave me an attitude like I was the one that made the wrong order. If you like rude managers, this is the perfect place for you.
Good sandwiches at a reasonable price. Similar to Subway, you order your meal, watch them add stuff, get your drink and cookies, or chips, then pay. Mostly a younger crowd.
Tasty hot and cold sammies custom made to your liking, Zapp's chips, and lots of drink options and dessert, too. Mac and cheese? Yes, please! Great choice vs.the generic lunch options out there. Give them a try and fill up your pot belly with Potbelly!
