Great location, outdoor seating upstairs is perfect for an impromptu lunch meeting. Sandwiches are quick and tasty.

Great amount of food for the price. The skinnys are actually quite filling and still good even after sitting around on a bus for 4 hours.

Sometimes seating can be hard to come by, but employees are friendly, sandwiches are tasty, and service is quick

Ayvion and virgina were really ima a former potbelly worker and ayvion did my tuna with avacado with hot peppers and pickles just the way i woyldve made it and i very was certain apprective came in hungry left out satisfied thanks potbelly team

Staff is always friendly and fast with orders. Very organized and accurate with the lunch crowd.

Slow service, and the staff doesn't seem to care. Once you seem them, you'll be "affirmative" why. Go to another one that has a "lighter" staff, as this one is very dark.

Food is delicious and reasonably priced. Smoothies taste authentic and delicious. Id recommend this spot especially if you're trying to grab a quick bite

I would give this potbelly no stars if I could. Everytime I have been there there have been little to no clients yet the service is the worst. They are continuously understaffed and the staff that is there is super rude except one lady. I tried to give this establishment the benefit of the doubt hoping my previous visit had just happened to be bad. But today I was met with a continuation of the poor service.

A solid go to for lunch especially when I'm heading over to the portrait gallery and eating in the atrium! Not a huge selection but what they do they do very well.

Whenever I came in Aaron greated me with a smile and took my order and got me out of there quickly

Good sandwiches at a reasonable price. Love Space inside is a bit small downstairs, but it's made up for by it's upstairs space

Went here for the milkshake and had a cherry blossoms shake. It was a unique flavor but very enjoyable. Too bad it's limited time only!

Very friendly and accommodating staff and fresh healthy ingredients. Would be 4 stars because they were out of a few items we wanted. However, they were great about suggesting substitutions and it was a great experience. Highly recommended.

This place is dirty, the service slow, and they store supplies haphazardly out in the open, making the place look disheveled
