Sandwiches were 10/10 great. Mac'n'cheese was 8/10. Lady at check out was pretty crabby, on her way to straight rude. Place was clean and food was pretty quick.

I love the Chicken Salad salad. Makes a great combination with the roast beef sandwich. Friendly staff and great service.

We waited for almost 40 minutes because of a lady who was holding the line ordering a shake half strawberry and half oreo. I've never heard of that before anyway the clerk told her it couldn't be possible and they don't do that, and she was Insisting on that shake. Also I had to repeat like 8 times that we only want 3 shakes 2 vanilla and 1 strawberry something very simple and I had to repeated it like 8 times, behind us there was a little girl waiting on the line to order just one cookie and her mother came in yelling at the cashier and the root of the issue and the long wait.it was the lady of the half strawberry half oreo shake

Excellent club sandwich, a little bit pricey, but when looking for a nice sandwich experience, well worth the price.

We go here pretty often and they are great! Their sandwiches are good, the waiters are always nice and You are sure to get good service here!

They changed EVERYTHING from their original salads they use to have. The worse salad EVER. Chicken is rubbery and the new dressing is nasty. The worst experience I've ever had at potbelly. Won't be back!

Friendly staff had the Mediterranean salad really good. The portion sizes are ample for anyone.

I honestly didn’t have high hopes for this place, but I’m so glad we ate here! I got the turkey club sandwich, which was delicious pulled chicken, lettuce, tomato, mayo, & bacon on “Original” roll, which was similar to ciabatta. Everything tasted fresh and soft. It is reasonably priced too! I would definitely come here again and recommend it to others.

Great southern food, collard greens and mac 'n cheese! Breakfast is amazing! And tons of original beer on tap

Great choice for sandwiches, wraps and salads since the prices are reasonable. I went with some vegetarians and they had no problem modifying some of the menu items. I would avoid this place during lunch time since there are lots of office buildings nearby.

Overall, Potbelly is a decent soup and sandwich chain. This particular one had a staff that yelled to and at each other a lot, more than I really wanted to deal with after a really long morning. I am also pretty sure my sandwich had onions on it, even after I asked for it not to.

Ten times better than Subway. The ingredients taste very fresh. The peppers are very good, so I bought a jar of them for sandwiches at home. Potbelly's is a great lunch spot.

I love "Pot Belly"! But I will never venture into this location again. I was the only person in the store and the service was horrible. No smiling no Christmas cheer! It's December 14! I asked for and Italian with extra lettuce, extra tomatoes and extra pickles along with everything else except hot peppers. What is wrong with Pot Belly giving out extras on your sandwich? I asked the cashier for a side Chili with onions. She had already fixed it and put the top on. And when I said I wanted onions, it was like I stole her bike. But this was 3: 30 in the afternoon. I hurried out that store and when I got home I did not enjoy my sandwich. Well you learn that all franchise are not the same! Merry Christmas Pot Belly!

Today is Columbus Day it's a holiday thought I would pop in and get a chicken salad and chili which is always good but the service sucks the cashier act like she was angry to even be at work today I had to ring the bell and I'm the only one in line to get service that sucks maybe you all need to get a lot of those young tattooed people out of there at 215 on monday

The kitchen area is a total mess and looks disgusting. Did not appear it could pass an unannounced health inspection. The staff was lazy, rude and not helpful.

Popular place - gets busy around lunch, but they have a guy with a tablet taking orders to help speed things up and the line moves really fast. The usual selection of subs on the usual selection of breads - but the quality and the taste are great. If you are in the Navy Yards area, this is a great spot for a quick and tasty lunch

Excellent service! Long line at lunch rush went super fast, the employees are very friendly, and the sandwich was DELICIOUS. I can't believe I've only ever been to Subway over at navy yard, this Potbellys shop is AMAZING! Great prices too! Skip Subway and Quiznos, this place is 10x better by far.

Great service and the line moves quickly. Can't go wrong with the Italian sandwich but tired the new pizza sandwich and was very impressed. Can't beat their prices too: sandwich, chips, and a cookie for under $10.

Food was good but staff seemed angry that we were there to order something. They forgot to give us items in our order. Poor customer service on Saturday at 11: 30am January 2016. They yelled at my wife for ordering mushrooms on her sandwich. Good times made more ironic given their angry glares were directly under the "our promise is friendly! " sign.
