Best Potbelly in the city! The staff is always friendly, the service is quick, and the quality of the food is great. It's great for folks working in the area, as well as families coming by to enjoy Yards Park.
The staff is usually in a good mood and will take care of you as soon as you stand in line. Try the Uptown salad if you're looking for something satisfying but light and refreshing.
Great for lunch, though often crowded right at noon. Having the employee with the iPad can be helpful in making orders quicker but if you really have never been to Potbelly or want to try something else on the menu, it can be a bit overwhelming and frustrating for customers. The menu needs to be more visible.
The worst customer service experience people that work here look like they don't even want to be here please do not go during rush hour it is even worse
