Took my wife there for her 60th birthday and everything was FABULOUS! Wonderful restaurant and the entire staff treated us like royalty. They surprised my wife with a special dessert which just put her over the moon. Perfect evening!
From this day forward, every visit to D. C.will include a reservation at Tosca!
