The Ritz-Carlton, Washington, DC reviews
27Wow. I’ve stayed at Many luxury hotels. THE customer service here has been amazing since I’ve gotten here. I will definitely stick with ritz Carlton for future stays anywhere i go
I've been to a couple other properties, but this one has been the most hospitable without request. If you have been to other properties then they should raise the bar, especially given their tier. If this is your first property, expect to have to pay for it, but you will be well taken care of.
Nice place. No breakfast. Have to pay for gym. Well serviced with professional and polite people
Very classy hotel. I attended a 2 day conference held here and everything I experienced was top notch. One day I would like to spend more time here just to relax.
An attractive luxury hotel with well appointed event spaces and tasty well prepared meals for event participants. Quality audio-visual capabilities for events ranging from a few dozen to several hundred attendees. Meals adaptable to accommodate food allergies and other special requirements. Large parking garage on-site. A few blocks from a Metro Station. Elevators to accommodate those who cannot or prefer not to navigate stairs.
The staff is polite, and the facility is updated. The highlight to me was the quadrant bar. Draft cocktails and a stellar food menu.
The physical hotel itself is as impeccable as its reputation suggests. However, they totally messed up my bill, and I spent hours with them on e-mails correcting it. Service is not just smiling in the hallways and providing extras in the lobby.
