Dr. Izadi and Dr. Kim are great! I have been coming to West End Dental now for 4 years, and have been extremely happy with their service. Very nice people, always trying to help and accommodate. Very skilled dentists that are trustworthy!

Dr. Izadi and her staff are always very knowledgeable and welcoming. Dr. Izadi always tells me about problems as they emerge / as soon as she identifies them rather than after it’s too late. I have been seeing her for 8 years now and I’m so much better off! My prior dentists seemed great but they did not monitor for grinding or give me specific candid instructions about how I was brushing and flossing incorrectly. Luckily I found Dr Izadi before too much grinding damage had been done. I highly recommend Dr Izadi. And Dr Kim is great too (seen him a few times when Dr Izadi has been out)!

I started off looking for a dentist walking distance from home in 2015. Fast forward to present day I live on the other side of the city and refuse to try any other dentist. The office team is warm, welcoming, and helpful. Dr. Izadi and Dr. Kim are an amazing team!

I have been a patient at West End Dental for 3 years now and have been very happy with their service. The front office staff are also very friendly and I appreciate the reminders when I have an appointment.

This is the most inconsistent office I've ever been too. Been going to this office for the past year and I've really grown to dislike this office more and more. They always have new people on there. When are they going to come to realization that people don't want to see new people every time they go to the dentist. And that dr Kim needs to learn how to spell to people he's very rude and talks way to much. Honestly this office needs better management because they're getting worst and worst.

I've been a patient at West End Dental with Dr. Izadi for over 4 years and I have been nothing but impressed and happy with the service, kindness and treatment I've received. The staff are very nice, helpful and care about you as a person, not just your teeth! Dr. Izadi has taken the time to get to know me, and asks about my life outside of dentist stuff every time I visit. I've recommended multiple people to this office, and would do so again without hesitation. Great office, amazing people and even better dental service.

Poor customer service.ended up switching dentists after having a crown done at their office.was overcharged and tried to recoup the difference, but the office sent the check to the wrong address. Then proceeded to ask me to pay $40 to stop the check and issue a new one.new dentist examined the crown and said the crown was too large and was not properly fitted.which i complained about when initially fitted at West End.to which the dentist replied that it's normal and you'll get used to it.would give this place a hard pass for anything other than a standard teeth cleaning.

In June 2018 (less than an year ago) I got a crown installed on tooth 26 in this office and recently it fell off. On my back visit last Tuesday (May 14th, 2019) I was told that the reason was my overuse of this tooth due to the diminished amount of teeth in my mouth (I'm in the process of getting two implants, elsewhere thank God!). Although this is technically true, there's no change since the time the crown was designed and the poor outcome could certainly have been avoided by installing the stronger crown I was advised to get last Tuesday. Now this is a substantial expense and one has the right to expect a dental crown to last many years. For comparison - I have 3 crowns produced and installed in my native Bulgaria 27 years ago that still serve me faithfully. In addition, instead of addressing the problem immediately, they started taking absolutely unnecessary X-rays of my other teeth, several times triggering my strong vomiting reflex (despite being advised about it) and I had to burst out in anger to stop the torture.
Summarily, I strongly advise against going to this office.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Izadi and all the staff at West End Dental. First, I have a terrible fear of going to the dentist, that being said, Dr. Izadi and the team could not have been more understanding, so friendly, and will in to work with my dental phobia.

Second, the only reason I ended up going to the dentist in the first place was due to an issue which suddenly came up out of nowhere. I was grateful that I was able to get an appointment first thing the next day, but unfortunately, Dr. Izadi was unable to help with my issue but took it upon herself to call two dental specialists who were able to see me that very day, which would NEVER happen without her thoughtfulness and caring.

She even called the next day to see how I was doing.

I can defiantly say my fear of dentist has gone way down, and that is all due to Dr. Izadi and the staff of West End Dental. Once everything is cleared up, I plan on going back and would highly recommend her to anyone.

I love Dr. Izadi! She is incredibly kind and is an amazing dentist. I had been going to her practice for years, but when I changed jobs across town, I tried another dentist close to my office. BIG MISTAKE. I was told I needed work done which did not seem right, so I decided to get a second opinion from Dr. Izadi. Turns out the new dentist was completely wrong, and I was so thankful for Dr. Izadi's care. She is well worth the metro ride across town, and I will be sure to return promptly in six months. On a side note, she really is just a great person- I had not been there for years and she remembered my husband's name, where he worked, that we have a son, etc. That says a LOT about her character. As long as she is around, she has a patient in me.:)

I have been so lucky to find this dental practice! From my first encounter with the office manager, to the hygienist, and doctor, everyone was very nice and accommodating. I had broken a front tooth the night before and called the emergency number at the office. I actually got to talk to the doctor who got me in right away the next day. Dr. Izadi was able to fix my tooth with a temporary crown and I was no longer looking snaggle toothed! In less than a week, I had my permanent crown and it looked great! Highly recommend this dental office, very modern and accommodating! I give 5 stars!

Dr. Izadi and her staff are the best I've encountered. I haven't been there before, and my girlfriend raved about them. I called in the morning after breaking a front tooth, and they saw me in 3 hours. And they made me handsome again in 30 minutes!

I am so happy I found my new dentist! I highly recommend West End Dental.

Let me first of start by saying that I have had really bad dental work growing up in the Midwest. Fast forward ten years and I have moved to DC where I need a tone of reconstructive work on my teeth. I found Dr. Izadi's office through a coworker who had crowns done and loved the way they looked. I went in for a consultation first and was greeted by a very friendly woman names Maria. She looked into my insurance benefits and let me know upfront costs for the consult (something many dentists in DC don't do). I then met Dr. Izadi who was so nice! She was not judgmental about the work I had done and made me feel at ease with the process of having a lot of dental work done. She gave me different options, then helped me make informed decisions with my budget in mind. I have started some of the dental work this year and the experience has been great.the music in the office is so calming and they have state of the art equipment. I would definitely recommend West End Dental and Dr. Izadi to anyone needing a dentist in DC!

Each appointment with Dr. Izadi is always a pleasurable experience. Her kind, gentle manner eliminates all sense of nervousness. Dr. Izadi and her staff are amazing and I will recommend everyone to West End Dental.

I have only had excellent experiences at West End Dental. Dr. Izadi is very welcoming and always make my visit run seamless and pleasant. In addition, West End Dental has been very understanding when it comes to having to reschedule my appointment last minute. I have never had a long wait and they have always accommodated my preference for early (8 am) appointments. Also, the woman at the front desk is lovely and very helpful. I have already referred a few of my friends and colleagues to become patients at their practice. I highly recommend them!

As someone who has not enjoyed going to the dentist in the past, I truly can say that I plan to stick with West End Dental as long as I remain in DC!

I've never been a huge fan of the dentist's office, but West End Dental has changed my mind. Dr. Izadi spends significant amounts of time with patients and is fantastic at patient interactions and (as far as I can tell) the technical aspects of her job. Billing is clear and consistent. The office staff is professional and flexible and there never are waiting room delays. The office is well-located (certainly for me, but likely for many others as well) and they are always able to get me in over lunch. I really cannot ask more from the experience.

Every time I go to West End Dental, I have a super-pleasant, easy experience. The office is open early, which is great for working professionals. I've never had to wait to see the dentist; I'm taken back immediately once I arrive. I appreciate Dr. Izadi's really explanatory method of dentistry; she always explains in very clear language what all the tools and sounds do and mean. I'm not afraid of the dentist, but do appreciate knowing what's coming next! Overall, very straightforward, clean, friendly, convenient service. I love it.

I'm very happy with West End Dental. Dr. Izadi is great, the hygenist is great, and the front office is great. I recently had a crown replaced by Dr. Izadi because the old one (from a different dentist, mind you) was a poor fit. The new one fits and feels perfect!

Dr. Izadi is calm, personable, and professional, and she makes an effort to explain what's going on without trying to talk to you while your mouth is full. I very much prefer her chair-side manner to feeling babied or ignored.

Finally, the front office is very responsive to email, and helpful in working through insurance issues and scheduling follow-up appointments and cleanings.

Overall I could not be happier with Dr. Izadi and West End Dental.

Dr. Izadi has been my dentist for two years. I have had a superb experience with both her and her staff. The office is clean and the music is on point. Dr. Izadi has always been very attentive when I give her updates on how my teeth have been feeling. She suggested that I get a mouth guard about 18 months ago and I quickly declined (because I am cheap) - my grinding has really been getting to me as of recent with morning teeth aches. I finally got a mouth guard fitted today at her office and just wish that I had listened to her earlier. Dr. Izadi has never pressured me to do this or that and I really get the sense that her main motive is to make sure my teeth are healthy. I highly recommend her practice to anyone in DC looking for a high quality, hands on dentist.
