West End Dental, PLLC reviews
23 The staff is very friendly, there was no wait. I was seen by Dr Izadi who is gentle, professional and friendly.
I personally hate going to the dentist so for me Dr Izadi was amazing and made my visit not so scary at all. Great experience, comfortable environment and pleasant people.
I've been lookin for a good Dentis and I'm glad I found the office of Dr.izadi! One of the best Dentist in DC. I recommend this place to everyone she's a wonderful and very nice person! The Assistant and frond desk person are very nice people! If you are looking for an Amazing Dentist please go to Dr. Izadi office:)
They dealing my dental insurance with unprofessional attitude, and when they make mistake at their end, they ask their client pay for it.
I did resin-based composite treatments at West End Dental. Before I left their office the doctor assured me that I already paid off all the fees on my side. However I still accidentally received an extra bill 2 weeks later.
I visited their office and questioned about this new bill. My inquiry was met with an arrogant response from Dr. Kim.
1st of all he do not acknowledge their commitment to settle my bill.
2nd, he said the remaining treatment fee only partially covered by my insurance, when I questioned why they didn't figure it out before my treatment, he use of complex technical terms to explain a simple operation, and he in turn questioned me why I did not check with the insurance company myself before the treatment.
3rd. Dr Kim irresponsibly suggest me to do the insurance pre-authorization before any of my next treatment, when I ask him how long it gonna take, Dr. Kim said he has no idea with the expression of ridicule.
As a two-year customer I feel be treated unfairly. If a dental clinic is not professional enough in dealing with insurance and payment, and ask their client to pay for their mistakes. Then the only way I can protect my self is to ask the treatment Pre-authorization from my insurance company (as Dr. Kim suggested), or looking for a reliable clinic without all these hassles.
