Great service & friendly staff. They mounted (5) new 35" tires on new 17" rims for me while I waited. I'm very happy with the end product.

Rude rude rude, bunch of lazy guys that obviously just waiting for that paycheck. No niceness, not 1 smile, no real customer service and they really don't want to help people
(I watched 3 others leave empty handed) as much as they don't want to be working. I took my business across town the same day and ordered everything I wanted as well as scheduled for the installations.
And this has nothing to do with under staffed. There were plenty of men at the counter.

This is the shop I trust to work on my Trucks. So far I have had 4 go through for lifts, tires, and bumpers. Every time Will makes sure I am satisfied before leaving. If I have an issue (like alignment) he works me in and takes care of it. Only place I go to modify my rides. Just completed a 3.5” on my 3500HD AT4, love it!

I have tried to do business 3 times now. This most recent visit made it clear it is not by accident the service is lacking.

My wife's suburban needed rear shocks. I decided all 4 would be a good call. I shopped around as there are lots of options. I found the shocks for less on amazon.they would come on a date a bit too late so I went with 4wp as they promised to install by the Friday we needed the vehicle back by. Tues day comes around and they call and boom they are in! Awesome we have 3 day to get them installed. NOPE they are 2 weeks away from an appointment (they would not set the specific appointment without the product in hand.convenient that they could take the money but "promise" nothing other than we would make it work.) for 100$ i could not possibly justify getting dirty:)

When i asked why he said he could do this when i ordered 5 days prior.sales person. "I am told to make promises we cannot keep by my store manager" THAT IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.

I pick up the shocks and pay over 100$ more than i could have had them from amazon on the same day. (they happily refunded the 100$ for install.wow great.) they then finally got the manager out due to me promising to write this report. He was rude and aggressive.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.they cannot weld.they are 15% more expensive. The manager is aggressive and dishonest. I would love to tell you the specifics.but my daughter had her first dirt bike race that weekend and did well.i drove a second vehicle due to our family car not being ready in time.all this was avoidable. BE AWARE THE DO NOT CARE.

I absolutely love my Jeep, these guys did an amazing job on my lift. I had several questions I called them more then I call my mom in a day for several days and they never got annoyed lol. My order came in and had a manufacture issue they didn’t just throw it on there they called me and recommended a different lift that they had at their warehouse. I also was running late no problem they help me out with that as well. Huge shout out to these guys. Hey and ladies they have some nice looking guys in there lol!

Chris is the man with a plan. All of the guys there are great at what they do, but Chris is in fact the go to guy for all your parts needs. This place is my new home when comes to quality parts and excellent customer service

I love the professionalism and customer service these guys display at this location. I brought my truck in for the Silver service plan and they were able to find the leak on my airbag system and fix it the same day. My truck feels a lot smoother now that issue has been taken care of. Connor is the representative who helped me and he is very friendly. I will be a repeat customer at this location.

We had tires and wheels installed on our 2015 Tahoe. We had an incredibly positive experience. The staff is very knowledgeable and the technician that did the work on our vehicle was professional, knew a lot about our vehicle and seemed very competent. You can tell they have a lot of operational and safety protocols in place which makes me feel that quality is a priority. I highly recommend 4WP for accessories for your truck or jeep.

Im here today cause I had death wobble in my JK, they diagnosed it and gave me a great deal on my suspension upgrade and tie rods.
