The customer service counter is friendly and courteous. Good stock of commonly purchased accessories for Jeeps and trucks.

I purchased and had them install AMP Research power steps on my truck, and I had issue with their time installing them. Due to being a "waiting on installation customer", I scheduled a 9 am appointment for what according to manufacturer should be a 4-5 hour job, and due to me additionally purchasing plug and play harness it should have reduced installation time by 45 minutes to an hour.

That said, First they started the job at close to 10: 30am, so hour and half late. I asked if they remembered I'm waiting on this, what was the delayed start about. Supposedly they were finishing a job from previous day first. That's not right if I had an appointment with start time, and obviously the other customer was not waiting on their vehicle so let sit sit until I get mine done.

Second issue is only one guy working on my job, and interrupted by having to due test drives of other vehicles when those jobs were done while on my job. So what should have been a 4-ish hour job took seven hours. I had planned for up to a five hour sit time, not all day!

To say I was frustrated is an understatement. It's wrong they did not start the job when they said they would and had an appointment for. It's also disappointing that with the delayed start they did not get more than one person on the job to make up time, especially when customer was waiting! And I asked if I could take advantage of the "Tax Free" weekend that started the day I was there, and the gentleman checking me out said he would ask and went to another room and presumable asked someone if especially considering the undue delay doing my job they could. Supposedly corporate said no, but I have to way of knowing if all that transpired and if so, shame on management not doing a little more to take care of a customer that obviously was not taken care as agreed on.

All that said, I would purchase parts from them, but beware if you plan on having installation done there that it may or may not be much longer than told! This is why I only gave a three star rating.
