21 Our air conditioner went out on a Thursday about a month ago (the unit is only 5 years old and was installed by AC Warehouse). From that Thursday until Monday we had to spend our time managing the process to get our unit fixed. We had a Tech tell us on Friday that he wouldn't be back until Monday because he was on call over the weekend and wasn't going to waste 4 hours on our job during that time. We continually had to call the office to find out what was going on. Poor communication, poor behavior of the Tech, and the fact that we shouldn't of even had an issue with a 5 year old unit that they service for us is why we rated so poorly. We will not use them going forward.
