Ace Pick A Part - U PULL IT reviews
40That is the worst customer service ever, I couldn't buy anything because I didn't accept debit cards only cash. In my two times I come here it wasn't a good experience. I'll never gonna come here anymore.
I love going to the junkyard! Always searching for parts for my 1997 Chevy. I usually find something. Be warned if it has rained it is very flooded out there and you will want to wear boots! There was so much water today there were baby tadpole frogs everywhere! They also have a lot of sales. Today through July 4th half off most parts. Check out their website!
Very busy today. However they kept the lines moving. My only thing is some customers. If your going to a place like this bring tools.
They have great sales usually on a holiday weekend, lots of inventory. Service team is helpful as well
They keep raising the price, and they dont even support the military.the guy working there doubles up the price.the one off of commonwealth is free for military and they give discounts
They wrote me a check that was post-dated two months from the current date. Also, I had to take the check to their bank to try to cash it. Their bank wanted my social security number, mother's maiden name, etc, as well as a fee of $5, to cash the check. None of this was what we agreed to. Find someone else to do business with if you don't want to be jerked around.
I drive a little over an hour to get here. I enjoy the large selection of vehicles that they have on hand and the prices are very affordable.
Very unprofessional female employee! With my disabled father going up there and she's was fussing at an employee cause he helped him. Smh never again will they get my money! 5 dollars for using my debit card is really not worth it! Very unprofessional!
On Wednesday I went in and bought a tire for my car. I was charged $45.00 dollars. The tires are usually $8.00 if you take them off the rim but on this day it was sooo hot and I felt like I wanted to pass out so I bought the tire on the rim. I asked the gentleman if I could return the rim and get my money back he said yeah. When I asked him how much I would get back he said $16.00. Now correct me if I’m wrong but 8-45= 37.00 and when I return the rim I’m only getting 16.00 back sooo what’s the other $21.00 charge? It was a 8.00 tire If I’d had it taken off the rim there.
Stupid rules first of it, can not return anything unless you buy warranty on it, what the hell, staffs are crackhead, and unfriendly hate their job and try to push customers off the door.
Rude lady, slammed window in my face when I didnt understand the policy. $3 to get in and they won't tell you if you have the car or the part. Cough up 3 bucks to find out if they have what you need. Highway robbery.
Never thought I'd stop buying from a junkyard because of terrible customer service, but here we are. Been going here awhile, but this is the last time. Awful attitude from nearly every employee I talk to.
They were great 8 years ago. Really went down hill. Overcharging for everything. I can get parts delivered with a warranty to my front door for the same price. I pulled the parts they over charge so you will leave them. Then they sell them to someone else. Someone should call the labor board on this place. Please dont try to exsplain and apologize for being what you are. Just own it be a man. Even if its a shallow one.
Was looking all over town for a part for my Honda and not only did Ace have it they went the extra yard and gave me a great price so I bought two!
very courteous and professionally run
Called them at 7 pm was here by 9: 30 the next morning. Gave me more for my car than anyone in the city offered. Derek parra very nice and no bs.
I can never find a Toyota 2.4L engine if the car is hit someone that works there is already pulling the good engines out of the cars and I know this because I visit ACE on a daily and know when new inventory comes in and they will have a engine in car but when it hits the yard no engine. Not fair to your customers
I have bin coming for years but last two months service is horrible charged for items I didn’t even buy and always the worst customer service
Went to get parts and vehicle was there and had great parts going back again for more odds and ends I should have gotten the first time
Had all the parts I needed for a 26 year old car, easy access, clean lot. The staff was nice as well.
I called them in advance to sell them my vehicle that had previously caught on fire. When I called the young lady that answered the phone asked me what was wrong with it. I told her that the front of the car caught on fire. She than said so it has front end damage, I said if that's how you classify front end damage than Yes. They offered me a price and I accepted. We scheduled a pick up for the next day. I provided my name and contact number. All good you wold think. No. The next day I didn't get a call, I'm thinking well it's still within the timeframe window they gave me so, im good. As, I'm waiting I get a call from my neighbor telling me ACE is calling at her house and asking for someone named Kia. I'm like WTH. So, I get the number and call it. It's the tow truck guy looking for my vehicle under the wrong name and phone #. I'm like really where did y'all get this information from, I never gave it to them. He's like I don't know I'm just the tow guy. No words. Just waiting now. Than when the tow truck finally shows up he looks at the car and says was it in a fire. Duh, that's what I told the girl over the phone. He calls the office. They say oh because it was in a fire we can't pay you what we originally offered you. I'm like I told y'all this over the phone when I scheduled the pick up. Oh we have front end damage not fire damage. I say you need to pull the call because I told the girl this on the phone it was fire damage, I can't help how she chose to classify it. We don't record our calls, how convenient. Than she says do you still want us to pick it up or no. What the hell else am I gonna do now ma'am after I been sitting here 3 hours waiting. So, basically they screwed up and it cost me. They didn't even try to make it right. Horrible customer experience and I'm never using them again. Of course, they could careless because that's how they come up at everyone's else's expense.
