I can’t tell you how happy and relieved I am thanks to the service Alonso provided. I work with my car and the battery was shutting down while on my way home. After being refused a battery test by the location on west dixie in Hollywood I able to miraculously make it to this location. Alonso tested the battery, saw it was dead and was kind enough to Install it and thankfully I’ll be able to go to work tomorrow. I’m very grateful for the way he went above and beyond To help me out. Definitly coming back to this location again.

Best Advance Auto Parts I've been to ever. I really don't know what I would've done without the help of Willie. He was so helpful and nice the store truly has a gem with his presence. Biggest, cleanest location I've ever visited and that's from Indiana to Florida. Awesome Experience and if I'm ever n the area and in need I'm driving to this location only!

Edit: modifying previous 1 star review because I had confused store locations. This Stirling Rd.branch is very clean and well maintained. Only gripe is no sales people in the floor to help find parts or advise me on products.

I asked to use the restroom but I couldn't because apparently it is only for employees and not for customers.

Bad service counter help was more interested in talking to each other than noticing customers. I had to ask with register was available to take me.

Matthew was amazing. Great customer service. He was very knowledgeable and friendly to my son, showing him how to install wiper blades. Stirling is a 5-star location!

Advanced Auto Parts is always my goto store when shopping for auto parts. I was recently in town on business and decided to stop by as I had time to burn. John and Amber were very helpful and we chatted while I showed them pictures and video from recent adventures. This location was quite business during my visit which comes as no surprise since it is in a very busy part of town. John had a customer, so Amber and I chatted a bit more and she ended up inviting me to dinner. We ended up going to Dennys then bowling afterwards. A great time was had by all. I'll be sure to stop in next time I'm in town.

Always great customer service at this Dania Pointe location. This week Willie helped me with new wipers blades. He provided great help and was very thorough with making sure they were installed correctly.

While the manager isn't the nicest or pleasant, I got exceptional help from one of the employees Angel. He went above and beyond just to help me out.

Employees are not helpful or running from work do not want to service customers they're lazy needs to fix this problem ASAP people come to stores for help don't shop here

I bought the battery from another Advanced Auto.since there not integrated i couldn't exchange my battery so it's like I paid for 2 batteries even though they knew it was there battery.that sucks

Good store, most items there and in stock, but often I'm referred to pepboys for simple stuff like sockets and specialty stuff. I think they still have battery/alternator (in-vehicle) testing service and they'll install yuor windshield wipers or battery. I buy and recycle oil here.

I am a half-assed shade tree mechanic, and when I run into situations that I'm not sure of, most of the people in advance auto are very knowledgeable and they steer me in the right direction.

Normally they have most of the parts that you need if they don't they will order and you have to be patient not too many workers
