I often fly from Jamaica to get parts in FL this place is convenient. Very close to hotels and their opening hours makes it possible for me to come here one afternoon and fly back next day. I would love for them to order for me whatever they do not have in stock so I can get everything hassle free when I get there.
Been using this store for almost 4 years now. Very helpful and if they don't have something I need they find a way to get it for me affordably. Great customer service! Sometimes the new guys don't know so much and make for a bad experience so I'm guessing that's where the bad reviews have came from. But those guys don't last long. The ones that have been there a while treat you like family its a great store.
Very helpful crew. Chester was polite and helped me with my battery issue, and gave me some car education as well!
Went to by an alternator belt for a classic car. Guy behind the counter didn't want to match it up because it wasn't listed on the computer. Told him it's a classic car and engine components have been modified, so his computer wouldn't give him that correct part number. He reluctantly searched the back and then gave up.
