Waited 30 mins, PA stepped in room for 2 mins.waited again for Rx. 10 mins not good pt.care or customer service.

Thorough and thoughtful. Showed real concern and compassion for my Brody’s issues. He is doing much better now.

I travel from NY once a year for a visit with Dr Yungman at Advanced Dermatology! Having a life long skin condition I have experience with many Dermatologists, practices etc and I am so fortunate to have found him during a short time I lived in Florida. The office is efficient, the staff is pleasant and knowledgeable and I feel so comfortable under his care! The onsite Aesthetician is an added bonus! You will not be disappointed!

I actually was seen by Ann, a PA. She was very pleasant and went over everything in detail to make sure I understood the procedure. I have seen a doctor at this practice but I do prefer Ann. Wait time was approximately 20 minutes and about 5 minutes in the room.

This office is always busy, attesting to the high demand for these excellent doctors. Waiting time always goes beyond your scheduled visit time, but to me, I don't mind waiting if I'm seeing the best.

What a waste of time and money! Tom doesn't seem like he really cares about the patient, does not explain anything, always hurrying, answers are not very clever and clear, they dont want you to ask something, they want to come in and go away as fast as possible, and pay for it. I came here 3 times and I got out so frustrated all those 3 times. I will never come back to this place again. What a waste of my time and my money.

Rude! I don't recommend this place especially for a parent of a teenager trying to deal with acne. Made to feel stupid and not "committed to the process" to address the problem. Save your money and go somewhere where the physician assistants aren't regretting their career choice.

Dr. Yungmann was completely unable to properly diagnose my skin condition. He prescribed me 100mg Doxycycline to take once per day. Taking it once per day did absolutely nothing. If I took it 2-3 times per day it did start to control it a little. However, I had to use up the prescription faster because of that. They refused to give the refill order to CVS after I used it up and told me that I can come back in instead. Why would I want to waste more money on them?

I came in a day early cause i incorrectly saved my appointment date, and they were able to fit me in to save me another trip! Definitely helped make my day a lil less stressful.

Stay away! This practice is a money mill that displays little professionalism or concern for its patients. I have been to this clinic three times and have never seen a licensed MD. The attending staff is comprised of PAs. That alone is not necessarily a bad thing, however, this group is the most inconsiderate and immature staff I have ever experienced. While I was being attended to by one kid, another one walked into the examination room and proceded to discuss her plans for the weekend. I felt like livestock, inconveniencing these rude and unprofessional boors. The same behavior persisted at the front desk. As if that wasn't enough of a turnoff, I received a bill for 700 dollars, even though I was assured that my insurance covered my procedure, less the 20 dollar co-pay. This was my personal experience, I speak for nobody but myself which I have every right to do. I won't be back.

Do not let the nurse Heather Holley do any procedure on you. Completely inexperienced and unprofesional. She had no idea what she was doing and butchered me. I am horrified. Please, seek medical assistance at another office.

I was given men's rogaine to apply to my thinning hair. I was told it was safe for a woman to use. I now have hair growing down the side of my face. When I asked the girls what I could do, they had no answer. This was prescribed by one of the doctors who supposedly was an expert in women's thinning hair.
