I like my doctor and his assistants. The rest of the staff seem quite competent and I will continue to go there. Unfortunately, since AdventHealth took this clinic over, services and patient relations have plummeted.

I will continue to go there.and keep my head down. I do not know now if they will take him away and put me through their mathematical algorithm to find a different doctor.

WHY!? !? !

I have had the same physician for year! Why do something to horrible. If your clinic.medical services.what have you, is "bought up" by AdventHealth. RUN!

I love seeing my doctor Ms. Hastings. She is down to earth and thorough in all her procedures. I would like to especially point out Nurse Dana who was the kindest and most patient person ever with me during my appointment. She’s the kind of person I would want to take care of my kids if I had them.

My whole family has been going to this office for quite a while. Due to insurance changes now I am able to go. All the staff has always been so nice to us. We happen to see Gary Woodiwiss and he is very caring and takes very good care of us. We are always able to get in when we need to. Front desk girls are great.:)

Been a patient for 4 years and very pleased with health care until Bloomingdale Medical changed to Advent Health. You can't see Dr. Jamie Woodiwiss if you're sick only for 6 months checkups. Their website is terrible. Today received an email that I had test results to review. Now I'm not able to see any information. It says no data and I've been there monthly and sometimes 3 times a month for the the last 5 months. If I try to see history, I'm prompted to log in again. Gary Woodiwiss is the only one I've seen that really cares about your problems. You can see he sincerely cares and stays with the problem until it can be resolved.

New changes have generated a positive impact on the front staff team. You feel that you are their top priority.
Very minimal wait.

I genuinely loved seeing Mr. Cameron. I’ve had a really hard time getting in to see him and have seen some other practitioners in the interim, but since Advent took over, I just cannot see myself ever going back. I have been on the same medications for over 10 years. On my last visit they told me they would not be prescribing me this any more and I needed to go see a specialist. The specialist couldn’t get me in for an appointment for 7 weeks, so I asked if they could give me a prescription for the mean time, and they replied that I should go to the ER. What? ! So you started me on a medication and then just decide you won’t prescribe it any more? (This is not an opioid, by the way.) I could not feel less cared about.

I will not even give it a star, people who work here are rude and unkind.no one ever answers the phone you will be on hold for 10 - mins which i do not understand when a million people work the front office.then when you finally do see a DR its a PA who does not listen to you only hears what she wants did not diagnose me or offer any advice. Just blood work and i still do not have any answers. Do not waste your time or money you shall just end up frustrated.

I was a patient for seven years, and since the Advent Health take over everything seemed to go downhill. Very sad I love the staff but since the take over they are all running around like maniacs trying to keep up. Very sad, i am moving to another Doctor and office.

I have never had a worse experience with a doctors office. It seemed more like I was treated like a customer than a patient. My wife and I felt condescended to and at no point met someone we felt cared about our wellbeing. The nurses on the phone were rude and acted bothered to be answering the phone. One nurse withheld an important prescription refill because I did not call a referral that had been recommended to me. If you want a provider that you feel takes care of your family and will be with you long term, then you owe it to your family to go anywhere else.

After 5 years of being a patient of theirs possibly even longer. I.won't be going back. There's one thing waiting and then there's another thing being lied to and I kept getting the runaround that the doctor will get to me. I don't like waiting for a long time in a waiting room with the flu all around me and I specifically asked if the doctor was on time when I came and checked in. They don't want to be waiting for me. I don't want to be waiting for them.it's such a pet peeve of mine. Prior to their switchover when they were Bloomingdale medical associates I rarely waited more than 10 mins. And also
told them specifically told them I am in a rush due to a babysitter situation. I won't be going back.

Recently rushed there thinking I had a burst appendix, have been a patient there for 20 years. I could barely talk, walk or breathe and they expected me to fill out 7 pages of new patient info in my condition " before we can treat you" I asked them to cal 911 and they said all their lines were tied up. Total pieces Of Dog s**t, I will never go there again. It was kidney stones

The new practice is awful! I called looking for test results and Angie was very rude and unprofessional, she showed no compassion. They used to call you with test results which was more personal and somewhat comforting now they mail you a letter.
My family and I will no longer be using this practice.

Been with Bloomingdale medical for years. Now that they are AdventHealth I will be looking for a new Primary. Been on hold for 5 minutes to set an app.

I have had an appointment with them since June 2019 for just a follow-up. They have changed names to AdventHealth from Bloomingdale Health Associates. Now take in account I was 12 minutes late due to traffic, but have waited in their waiting room more than 30 minutes before and another 15-20 minutes in the individual room for the MD. My time is just important as theirs but they refused to see me and wanted me to reschedule. I wonder if it is because I was self-insured now. Bad decision on their part, I found out my benefits actually kicked in yesterday and I have located the physician I was going to before at another location. The reception was also very unpleasant. I wouldn't recommend this location any longer. In order to post I had to select a star, but I wouldn't even give them this. I also checked out the reviews of the MD I was suppose to see and he didn't get high marks.

Bring back the old practice that has treated me well for at least the last five years. Advent stinks. I had tests done last week, I have the results yet no one has contacted me. The results were not normal and I have no idea if I need follow up care. No one answers the phone, no one responds to the portal and the new portal only provides me with information from a surgery eight years ago and gives me zero options to contact anyone. My mother was told people have quit and found other jobs. Wish I knew if my PA was still there, I'd gladly follow him somewhere else. I don't want to deal with this, people who need medical care shouldn't be stuck due to Advents transition problems.

A patients for over 15 years. John Cameron PA and his nurse Tami are the best. Kind, caring and knowledgeable.can't ask for a better group. Never have to wait more then 10 min. They keep their schedule on time. Much attention is given to my care. Call backs quickly, and love their portal. Thank you all.

I’ve been here twice and have had two totally different experiences. If I was rating Mr. Cameron this would be a 5 star review. This review is mostly about Tagle who I wouldn’t even give one star which is why this review is smack in the middle.
About a month ago I was having significant health issues that required me to go to the doctors. Mr. Cameron was out of town so they offered an appointment with Mr. Tagle which I accepted. What a disaster. As soon as I said my issue was at night he dismissed everything I said, ignoring many of my symptoms and assuming it was acid reflux. He prescribed an allergy pill and an acid reflux pill despite not identifying an allergy and this not being acid reflux. When I asked what the long term plan was he said that was it. Umm, how about actually knowing the issue before you prescribe unnecessary meds that contribute to osteoporosis in women? Completely reckless. I asked for a referral to an allergist as I strongly felt these were allergy attacks, to which Mr. Tagle responded, “I can do that but what would that even do for you? What if you’re just an allergic person? ” Dude seriously? ! Turns out I am “an allergic person” and after testing I was having allergic reactions to multiple different foods and no acid reflux. Thanks to a different doctor who took more than 30 seconds to determine what the issue is I don’t have to take any meds and can avoid the foods causing the issue.

I have been going to Bloomingdale Medical Associates for over 20 years and they are the best doctors I have ever seen. I see Dr. Wartman and I do know I will have to wait because I also know he takes his time with his patients, answers all questions you might have, and when you leave you know you were not pushed out the door. I appreciate this so much and I plan on having to wait but the wait is definitely worth it. I know he listens carefully and I am provided the very best of care.

As far as the rest of the staff, they are fabulous also. I have NEVER been treated rudely and am usually greeted with a smile.but I smile a lot so they are greeted with a smile from me too. Even when staff come out to call another patient in, if they see me, they smile and wave at me.

They have done all my lab work, x-rays, bone scans and they do mammograms too. I haven’t had to go to any other lab in town and that’s a great time saver. Dr. Wartman has me get my lab work done the week before my appointment so, when I have my appointment, he can discuss my lab results with me and that’s great also.

I have recommended friends to this office and will continue to do so. I would give them 10 stars if I could!
