25I've been coming here 2 years and have zero issues. The office staff is friendly, the office is in a good location, and Dr. Tagle is great.
The professionalism at this place is horrible. I have been here for over 5 years and every time I have had problems. Recently I had my last encounter with them. I was about 15 minutes late which I can understand is inconvenient. I was given the option of waiting to be seen in between patients or reschedule. I chose to wait. Little did I know I would be waiting for two hours before I was told by the nurse I should probably reschedule. I wish I would have been told to just reschedule when I got there. Another time they have been unprofessional is when I needed to get lab results back to send to my school. I had to call them three times over two weeks before I had them sent to me. By that time I had already received the results directly from the lab. I would highly not recommend wasting your time here at this office. If you do chose this clinic, be prepared for a long waiting time.
I have seen dr.king and mr.tegle.let me first say i dont typically like male dr only because I feel more comfortable with female drs; however, I did like mr.tegle he was very pleasant and would defiantly see him again.
Fhe facility is clean and good, the employees are nice and good also.
I did like dr.king, she seemed nice and good kinda serious or distracted or something but I heard great things about her from 2 people so thats why I tried her. I cant really complain her to much she was good and thorough.i would defiantly see mr.tegle and dr.king again
I love that this Dr. ’s office is professional, they don’t make you wait long & Mr. Cameron is amazing. The have a supportive staff that works with your schedule and grisly care about your health. They even have a fish tank to help you relax for those of you with “white-coat fever”. Great location, next to Wawa for coffee/ food and plenty of parking. I refer anyone that asks to Bloomingdale Medical Associates!
Front desk staff and check-out staff are not personable. I would describe it as like they tolerate you but they would rather you not have bothered them and just go away. They don't make eye contact when speaking to you and you definitely get the vibe that they're not loving this part of their job. Dr. S. King is lovely and knowledgeable and does seem to enjoy her profession. I would rate her 5 stars.
