If you have to take an exam DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE, I had to do 6 Exams my appointment was at 1 I arrived 30 min before where I had to have my bladder full, I lasted 80 min waiting to be attended and they did not attend me reimbursement and I went to those people do not care the patient thinks that by having a bad service they will gain prestige

Don't bother. I've been on hold for 55 minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone. I would have given them zero stars, if it would have been an option.

Erika C and Stephanie G was amazing with my mom Mrs. Pierre. When I first cam in the young lady in Wondow 1 dont know her name was very rude amd quoted that "I can not go in the back with my mom who can barely walk by herself" I said ok. But little does she know I spent the whole process with my mom. While waiting for them to call my mom another pt came up to window one and I guess she was nervous she knocked over the printer by accident and window one girl remark was you nervous in a rude tone with rolling eyes. I just shock my head. Now where in the back waiting then Erika C. Comes and changes my whole mode. She was so gental and had patience with my mom. Asking her if shes ok does she need she need to sit etc. With me in the background observing. So when we got done I asked to speak to the manager and told her how wonderful Erika C was to my mom and that I work in the hospital and I understand what's it's like. But window 1 girl needs to understand that these people are scared idk if shes going through something but I hope window 1 girl works it through. Oh yeah Stephanie G. Worked window 3 today and she was just so kind with me and the whole process would've gave yall a 5 star but window 1 killed it. Anyways be blessed. Remember take it moment by moment and when you need to breath do it.

Went to Akumin in Plantation for a Cat 3D check up.
The staff in the check in area was very helpful and quick. Many smiles behind the desks.
The nurse Carla took care of me when I came in to the room for the CT scan.
Carla was very positive and explained everything for me. She did an excellent job and I strongly recommend her to be the employee of the year.

Horrible service. When they speak to you is with an attitude. When I came in there were a lot of older people that had brought assistance and the people that worked here here talking to them nasty. There was a orderly lady that didn’t speak the language and had a hearing aid and the lady that was with her was trying to explain To the nurse and they were just cut her off. Even the lady at the desk had an attitude. And when I was waiting for them to help me I overheard I’m assuming the manager say to the nurses that she needed to speak to them because she had a few complaints yesterday. So I will not be returning to this place.horrible service horrible attitude you would think after what the world went threw last year and still going threw people
Would be nicer and kinder but not at all. I was lucky to have a man do my X-ray and he was very nice I was not able to get his name but he was an older Colombian man. Very nice and patient.

I sent, a check paying $ 18 and they charged me $ 80, until today I have not received a refund.

This place is great, one of the few health care businesses that actually sees you at the time of the appointment. The staff is friendly and professional.

My appointment was at 8: 30am and it is now 9: 30am and I haven’t been seen. It you have time to waste, then this place will be fine. When you don’t have time to waste, this is the place for you. It is crazy that I had an appointment and I am still waiting to be seen.

This needs to change. I normally check the review but since my doctor referred me here, I didn’t. Now I just looked at the reviews and they are absolutely right.

Attempting to make an appointment is a mission, either they don't speak English or mumble, HOW difficult is it to hire competent people. They hang up on you, place you on endless hold, apparently they have earned their terrible rating!

The attention is very bad, they need people more nice maybe young with good manners.speciality in windows 5.

I left several messages and 5 days later still waiting for a call back

The most I have ever waited for a pelvic ultrasound! Those who have done this KNOWS you have to drink 32 oz of water before appointment. Well I’m still sitting here suffering 30 mins (1hour and 1/2 total not using bathroom) past appointment time.

Waited 30-45 minutes total for MRI. The MRI (with and without contrast) took about 45 min's. Not sure why the horrible reviews but it really was not bad at all.

This place is so crowded and inefficient it amazes me. I would recommend going elsewhere.
I won’t come back again. The wait is very long.

This is the dirtiest, most unprofessional joke of a medical imaging center. It is nothing short of an medical MILL. Send the animals in, push them through the chutes, send them back out. The 'technician' left the room as soon as my wife was shoved into the mri machine. No panic button, no speaker, no contact at all. She had muscle spasms and was in agony. Had the tech been in room, maybe the test would have been usable but Akumin couldn't have cared less.

Expect a very long wait even in the morning. I’ve been here 2 times and spent 2-3 hours just for a 5-min test. Do not recommend this place at all.

Got here early to fill out my paperwork. 2 hrs later still waiting. Don’t let the waiting room fool you. There are other waiting rooms after the first one. It’s like an amusement park ride of waiting rooms.

I found this facility to be a little disorganized. The room that the CT scan was located in looked more like a storage room with boxes piled up in the corners and other things being stored in it. The staff members appeared confused at to what their responsibilities were. I would not recommend this company or location for any diagnostic test.

I was very pleased today. The staff was very nice & hardley any waiting time. I had an appointment at 3: 30 I was literally in the check in within 5 minutes. Start to finish i was there for 2 ultrasounds and was finished within the hour. I am extremely pleased the generosity of the doctor's fast and very considerate. Fast 3 day results. I would give them my highest recommendation.

Poor service and long wait! Plantation location is the worst one! Coral Springs location is much better
