Poor service, long wait. They hand you a clipboard and tell you to fill out & hold until they call you to the desk. My appointment was 8am, got there 7: 45. By 9: 30 am they still had not called anybody to the desk and I physically counted 41 people waiting in waiting room.

It's like we were being put in a pigpen ready for slaughter.

PLEASE DON'T GO THERE. BAD SERVICE! 50 people have same appointment.

This place is terrible you need to find another diagnostic center if possible. Had an appointment over an hour ago and I still waiting. I complained to the desk twice and they just keep telling me someone will call me shortly. Would give them zero stars but that’s not an option here

My appointment was at 4pm for an ultrasound and 4: 30 for a mammo. I had to drink a bunch of water at 3pm for the 1st exam. I started complaining at 4: 50 that I can no longer hold my bladder. It wasn't until 5: 15 that I finally got the ultrasound. Now it is 5: 50 and I am still waiting for my mammogram (that appointment was at 4: 30). I will NEVER come back here and I recommend anyone thinking of scheduling here to find somewhere else.

My recent (first) experience - for several procedures - was great! Fast, efficient and best of all, genuinely friendly. Was out in about an hour

Drove my 88 year old grandma to an appointment they confirmed the day before. They knew the procedure she was getting done. When we arrived and checked in they told her they can no longer do the service. I drove an hour to pick her up and then 20 minutes with her to the place. How DARE you take advantage of elderly people like that. Your company is utterly disgusting and should be appalled by your customer service!

I received great service here! I needed a stat ultrasound and it was done quickly. Very professional and speedy staff!

Why, well they were extremely nice to me. Yes I had to wait for a while and I WARN YOU it's freezing in there!
If you give yourself time and have a little patience. You'll be ok.
Very professional and you will see when it's your turn they don't eat sh_. Plenty of parking.

My husband recently went there for a chest X-ray. The X-ray room was very dirty and unsanitary as well as the contiguous room where the old x-ray equipment was located.

My appointment was for 9am. Arrived here at 8: 30. Its 11am and I am still here - havent done my ultrasound yet. Will probably take another hour or so. Why in the world would someone wait for 2 hours to get an ultrasound is beyond me!

Just got back from taking my wife to have an MRI at akumin in plantation.
The whole procedure took about an hour and a half which included 45 minutes for the MRI, 20 minutes to sign in and another 20 minutes to check out and get our copies of the MRI CD. Everybody from the front desk staff, to the technicians, we're all very professional and pleasant. From past experience with other MRI places up north this is on par with the best of them.

Medical records staff is rude and cannot even be bothered to spell your name right on the CD they give you. Of course the hospital has to use the name spelled on the CD leading to more work for you to ensure that requesting doctor gets the images they need. Not impressed with this place.

I received a referral from my child's pediatrician to come to this nightmare of a place. The front desk staff are unprofessional and could careless if you wait there the whole day. I had an appointment at 10: 50 I arrived there at 10: 20 and was told they are an hour behind due to one of the X-ray machines being down and I expected to wait an hour more than the schedule appointment. After seeing that I was still in the main waiting room I went to one of the front desk associates to ask about the wait and was told that the staff called my daughter's name already which she didn't. So they took us back and there was another waiting room for us to wait again. Then another staff member says guys there's a hour wait you have the choice to reschedule.reschedule? After waiting almost 3 hours. I was so pissed at this foolishness and how unorganized this place is. Not to mention if the place is meant for X-rays why the heck is there only 2 machines? This place has no potential for greatness. I'm still pissed about it.

Very slow! Have been waiting for 50 mins and we had an appointment! They said they had accepted several walk-ins before us! Why to make an appointment and accept walk-ins first? !? !

They do all sorts of medical imaging. Staff is helpful and friendly. However the wait times are way too long

This place is awesome. The wait isn't long if call and make an appointment and have all your refferals, prescriptions, ID and insurance card ready. After you sign in they call you quickly. I've never had a bad experience here. The staff is very friendly and polite. The vibe is great if you give off good vibes. YOU GET WHAT YOU GIVE.

The Worst place ever. Too bad we didn't read reviews before. Front desk person Sabrina was so rude.
My boyfriend has an appointment for 3 MRIs. He was scheduled at another location and was given price for self pay. She told us that in a computer doesn't say it's will be self pay. She gave us price for "self pay" $100+ more that was written on an appointment card, when we were making appointment. I was trying to explain her that this price was given be your stuff but in different facility. She said that nothing she can do. When ee said we want to cancel this appointment, she picked up the phone and call her manager. Manager told her where to look and of course she finds the price that was given to us before. Do u think she apologized? Try again. She started to blame us that we gave her wrong information. I said: card in front of you and its says everything on it. Not our problems that you can not see. She just gave me that ignorant look and started to talk to my boyfriend. I bagged him to leave, but didn't want to waist another time.
Horrible experience.
Don't waist your time to come here.
In my work place if i would talk to patients like this, i would be fired immediately.

Worst imaging place ever. They scheduled my son wrong not once but twice. I wouldn't use this place or company if you were the last renaming. Get it together. So unprofessional ugh. I wanted to put zero starts but you can't but duly noted it's zero stars. THEY SUCK. This place needs to change management or close down.
