Wish I could do minus 100.my husband had an chest x-ray for a persistent cough FIVE weeks ago. Our doctor still hasn't received them. They have contacted them several times. They just called and asked us to contact them. They had better hope his cough is nothing serious because they are gonna be looking at a lawsuit. There is no excuse whatsoever for this irresponsible behavior. DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! They are gonna wish they had sent it to our doctor when I get done with them.

Going on 6 weeks now waiting for results for imaging, being told their Radiologist hasn't read the report. They won't send the unread report elsewhere for reading or to my doctor. I'm losing insurance and running out of time, have asked for a supervisor to no avail. RUN FROM THIS PLACE!

Total rip off! Doctor sent me to get a chest x-ray under the suspicion I had pneumonia. 3 weeks & several phone calls later I still don't have my results but my doctor treated me for it anyway. Two months later I get a bill for my x-ray that I never got the results for. Cigna called them and they lied and said they sent my results to my doctor! Now I have to get my doctor's office to call and verify they indeed did not! What a scam! Do not go here!

Had my original mammogram done at Rose Radiology back in February. Got the results shortly after requesting I have a Diagnostic Mammogram and Ultrasound done as a spot was found in left breast. My doctors office set the appointment up for me to go to West Coast Radiology. West Coast Radiology calls me the day before my appointment explaining to bring in my insurance cards and I. D.s as well as my Images from Rose Radiology. They’ve had a month to call me and tell me what to bring. But they waited till the night before my test where to be due. I explain to them they are calling me last minute while I’m working a second shift job and there’s no way I can get the Images from Rose Radiology in such a short time frame. I was told it would be fine and to go ahead and come in for my Diagnostic and Ultrasound. So I drove from Holiday to Palm Harbor for this and as I’m sitting in the waiting room the lady who is suppose to do my Diagnostic tells me she can’t do them because she hasn’t got the images of my last one. At this point I’m extremely upset and make sure they know their office called me the night before just explaining to me what I needed. It’s not my fault that they are not informing their clients ahead of time to give them time to get what’s needed to do the tests. I also made sure to tell her the person who spoke to me on the phone said it would be fine and I could still come in and do the tests. After being the not so nice client that Ive never had to be anywhere else do to their incompetence they decided to call Rose Radiology and ask them what they are suppose to be looking for. Once all is said and done she goes through with the tests and says she will send her driver to pick up the images from Rose Radiology for comparison. I had a doctor appointment a week later just to go over the results. My doctor was not happy when he saw that I had them done a week before seeing him and they still hadn’t been looked at. It is now two weeks and constantly calling West Coast Radiology who keeps saying their Radiologist hasn’t looked at them yet. Needless to say my doctor is really upset and is now involved with harrassing them to get my results. No one should have to wait for results like this. It is very stressful and scary. I will never go back to this place or even recommend them to my enemy. The person who runs this office should be ashamed of themselves.

Please ask your doctor to write you a prescription for someplace else! Having a cancer scare waiting more than 3 weeks for results on an ultrasound.
