We ordered my vehicle and the delivery was supposed to be in 5 months. Somehow Joe was able to get the vehicle in a few weeks. The transaction was seem less and hassle free. The vehicle is awesome and Joe is an expert in the EV field.

Very disappointed, after service oil leaking on my driveway. I needed to crawl under the vehicle and wipe all the excess oil off the undercarriage

I work a lot and never have much free time for anything. So knowing I needed to get a new truck soon because of our family growing in size as well as the boat we have needs to be trailered. I looked up reviews for the Ford dealerships near me. This on has a high rating. I went right online and put in an application for financing and a agent texted me right away. He sent me the listings of what he had on the lot and what I was approved for. I sent back the one we wanted and they had everything ready to go and sign it took me 20 minutes to fill out the paperwork and get my insurance cards. It was that easy they made this process simple. I always dread buying cars spending a day on a lot waiting for the approval application looking at multiple cars and spending my only day off in the Ford dealership. They were still open and met me at 8 after work and it was done! Quick, easy, and simple! Thank you guys for everything we love our new Ford F-150

From the salesmen to the finance department they were all amazing individuals who listen, are patient, and non-judgmental! They worked with my needs, and not once pressured me to make a decision right then and there. This is what car buying should be! I highly suggest you go here first and see what’s is like to work with such kind and compassionate people, not the typical over-pushy salesmen.

Made an appointment for service on my truck, showed up on time, was told they would get to my truck in 3-5 days. WHY make an appointment if they have no intention of working on or servicing my vehicle for another 3-5 days and all I wanted/needed was for them to attach a diagnostic computer to my truck and run the tests basically an hour to an hour and a half worth of work at most.

Going there for 10 years, with my Lincoln Navigator great service at a reasonable price.

If I could give Al Packer Ford of Royal Palm in southern negative stars or 0 stars I would. Worst customer service. Worst handling and worst interactions I’ve ever had with a dealership in my life. Condescending and u helpful. Will transfer my lease someone where else because they are frankly unacceptable.
