I always you the vehicle manufacture for maintenance and repairs. For maintenance I'm there before they open and my wait is only about 45mins the most. For repairs, I always reach out to Ashley. He's my go to guy when I need to schedule the vehicle for service or have an issue that needs to be taken care of. Shout out to Ashley.

I usually have a great experience, but a five hour wait on a oil change, tire rotation, and two wheel alignment is excessive. The woman did help me out on a deal, but you cannot buy back my time.

Walked around the lot some looking at new raptors. Wasn't greeted, which is ok because I'd rather not be jumped on right out the gate. Went inside to the front desk and a lady was sitting there with her purple headphones in talking to someone, ignored me till I said something, then was extremely rude like I was interrupting her conversation. Looked at all the cars inside. Then just walked out. I wont be returning here to buy myself a truck.

Wanted two weeks to even look at a defect in a brand new 2017, under 18k miles) dually. Rude, unhelpful, acted like it was my fault for not getting it in sooner (I called immediately upon discovery of the issue) and as if I was unreasonable for wanting it diagnosed before traveling 1500 miles. Expensive and slow (compared to other dealers) diesel oil change.

I went to see Don Patel at Al Packer Ford and was given the best service I have ever had... Even better than when I paid everything in cash at another dealership. He went way above and beyond. Everything went quickly. After I picked my vehicle the rest took about an hour and a half... Even the finance guy was fast and thorough! At this point in my life I am rebuilding my credit. He managed to get me financed with a prime bank, reasonable payment and bumper to bumper warranty, GAP and prepaid oil changes for 4 years. Then he went on to show me how to work all of the devices, change my insurance and set up a new Sun pass account as I did loose my initial sticker. The tank was full, my Edge immaculate... I highly recommend dealing with Don Patel if you need a new or used vehicle. He was not pushy or sales like, but rather knowledgeable, concerned and detailed.
