My daughter's car was recall for some defective, She make an appointment, and immediately I arrive, I receive attention, drop my car at 7 am, and I suppose to pick it up in the afternoon after they call me, but that no happen and I have to call the other day to pick up my car, and it was ready. They need to improve communication.

We initially came in for a vehicle that we thought would be a good fit. Tatiana is excellent! She really understands how to sell a car - no pressure, very helpful, & knowledgeable! When we realized the vehicle didn’t work for us we asked about other vehicles. Even though they didn’t have what we were looking for at Ford, they gladly referred us to Lincoln! We very much appreciated that they were more interested in helping us find what we wanted, then making a sale. The manager, James is highly professional, easy going, & knowledgeable! He got the deal done for us quickly!

Very nasty people! Left my car there to get fixed. When I went to pick it up, it wouldn't start. They then tried to sell me more thing for ur to work. Manager Gary rudely said "It's cut and dry. I'm not fixing it!

I bought a set of tires for my car there and they didn't balance them even though they charged me to do it.

I was at the dealership to get some paperwork related to my job and Tracy in the sales department was extremely rude and unprofessional. Due to my job I will use the service department. Also because Steve Thomas the manager in service is amazing and very polite and professional. This was my first time in the sales area and it will be my last. I will never recommend a client to go to that sales department and purchase a vehicle. I am very disappointed.

I traded in my 2009 Ford Focus for a 2018 Ford Focus, which I love. Ed Rodriguez was our salesman and he is the best. He was patient with us and not pushy. Needed a part for my Lincoln that I didn't expect them to have in stock, and they had it! Price was very reasonable, and Steve in the parts department was friendly and courteous! When I showed up on the wrong side of the lot looking for the parts department, another wonderful employee offered my little 4 year old son and I a golf cart ride to where we needed to be. A great experience all around, and I will be returning to them for all my parts needs in the future!
