Had over $3,000.00 of work done to my 10 year old Truck, Kimberly Rogers was my Service Advisor. I have to give this young Lady a 5+ star as she was GREAT on communications and working with me. The service manager Rick and all his staff and mechanics, I've done an excellent job and maintenance on my truck. They have troubleshooted other parts in my truck that needed repair. Brought it to my attention, and I believe have saved me from getting into a serious accident due to lack of maintenance. I believe Rick and his staff take pride in their work and are always smiling. Explaining to the customer what needs to be fixed so they can understand what the problem is and what they must do to fix it. From the cashews to getting my oil changed, l believe that if you go to Al Packer Ford and ask for Rick to service your truck you will be taken care of professionally and honesty.

Mark Vera made my experience very easy. I was able to quickly drop off my car for an oil change and tire rotation.when I returned my car was already out front, washed and paying my bill was fast.

I brought my Ford Escape SUV to Al Packer Ford to get my passenger side window fixed. It had slipped down and would not respond to close. I went to Steve Thomas whom I always go to. He is the best I left the car and he called me later that day to advise me of other repairs that were needed as well as the cost involved. I gave him the ok and he was able to get it repaired that day Steve Thomas is the best. Thank you

I wish there was a 0 option.everytime i take my isuzu truck back there for service.they are never knowledgeable about the truck resulting in me paying for again no fix and having to go somewhere else.plus the finance guy was very high pressuring with sales. I would never ever purchase from them or come for service again

Update-
Bought a preowned Ford Taurus elsewhere and took it to the quick lane. The service manager at the quick lane is very nice and knowledgeable

Took my ford car in to be checked because it was shaking at a certain speed. I was charged $50 from them to diagnose "wobble while driving tire belt seperation" I had to call to find out what was wrong when I was told they would call me as soon as they knew. I've delt with other Ford dealerships and never have I had to pay for them just to look at an issue when the car is still under warranty. Never will I go to that dealership again

The service department was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Mark Vera was a pleasure to deal with and I was able to get my truck serviced with ease.

I cannot say enough at how grateful I am to Rick (service consultant) and the team at Al Packer Ford’s service department. I was on the Turnpike in WPB heading to my vacation destination when my Explorer just lost power and shut down in rush hour traffic. I restarted my car and made it to the nearest dealer (Al Packer) and Rick couldn’t have been nicer as he calmed my nerves, had my vehicle checked, the problem repaired, and sent us safely on our way.
