Quick & easy pick up without waiting in line & we just walked straight to the parking garage where all the vehicles were - plenty of vehicles to choose from! Dropping off was just as easy, they scanned the bar code, checked that we had a full tank, , checked the mileage & off we went. Within a short period of time, I had an e-mailed receipt in my inbox.

Car was delivered on time. Very clean. Front desk service very fast thanks to the preliminary sharing of information through the website of Alamo

The Alamo representative was great help in selecting a car for our trip and check-in went easily. The car was what we expected but had not been cleaned sufficiently, paper left on floorboard and inside of windshield was dirty. In this time of Covid we thought it would have been super clean and sanitized.

Very disappointed. Rented a car on December 19 2020 when I arrived from Los Angeles. On the 24th of December Christmas Eve the car broke down. Alamo was unable to come so the fire department help fix the car. We were with a 20 month old. On Christmas Day the car broke down again. Alamo sent a tow truck and Uber. As you can see Christmas Eve and day was ruined. This is one of the reason we came. Since the 25th been waiting for a supervisor to call me. Called everyday was given a ticket number, and said a manager will call. Never received a call. They just like giving ticket numbers. 6834j30

I did not like the upsell and dismissive manner in which I was dealt with. I will not be renting from Alamo again

They upgraded our car for free. They also adjusted the charge on gas since we were returning with the gas tank half full. We would use them again!

Alamo gave me a great car at a great price. One way 133.00 Nissan Altima 990 miles. Enterprise was going to be 430.00 no brainer. Thanks Alamo

We were on a flight that was delayed out of Charlotte NC, so we didn't think the rental desk would be open when we arrived in Fort Meyers at 2: 30 AM. To our surprise the rental desk was open and waiting for us. Thanks for the great service!

First time ever renting a car. Easy kiosk check in. A mid size car was not available when we arrived so we were upgraded to a luxury vehicle at no additional expense. Returning the vehicle couldn't have been more simple. Highly satisfied. We will use Alamo for all our future trips!

People at Alamo were/are exceptional. Cars are well-maintained. Pricing is good as well. Only slight issue is I was not able to get the car I choose with my advance order because they were out of them. In place I was given an "upgrade" to a SUV. Did not want an SUV as it has poor gas mileage.

Once again, excellent service from Alamo. Had to change out vehicle due to hit & run in a parking lot. Alan's assistance was much appreciated. Hassle free. Will absolutely rent with them again.

There were some issues with our skip the counter reservation. I booked 2 cars online and somehow got my husband’s drivers license number mixed up with mine. Needless to say, there was confusion at the gate when we were leaving. Nate was wonderful and took care of everything. He even calmed my very frustrated (at me) husband down. He was nice, friendly, professional, and handled everything in a timely manner and with ease. He deserves 6 stars.

We were extremely satisfied with our Toyota Corolla and our customer service agent. One drawback - the car key was handed to us without a key ring, tag, plastic clip or anything else that would have made the key easier to grab in a pocket, purse, etc. Also much easier to lose a key this way. We purchased a key ring and donated it to Alamo when we returned the car. One suggestion.extremely hot in Phoenix.a bottle of cold water would have been a welcome touch.
