Great experience! Reserved my car online a few months in advance, checked in when I got there, and was in a car within 10 minutes. Easy return too and no gimmicks, price I was quoted online is the price I paid (assuming you don't add anything on at check-in).
The rental process was quick, easy, and smooth. I had registered and checked in on line so that I could bypass the counter and the kiosk. I walked directly to the cars, showed the attendant my paperwork and was directed to the pick-up truck that I had requested. Within minutes I was out of the garage and on vacation. I highly recommend Alamo and the "bypass the counter" process.
Nice and easy, rented a full size SUV for cheap through Costco, did the counter skip, went into the lot and picked up a new Tahoe. Done in 5 minutes. Would definitely rent a car through Alamo again.
Great customer service. Even better rates! Deposit only 20% more than rental rate instead of that ridiculous flat rate of $250 that everyone else requires. Will book here everytime!
We had issues with our rental car, not once but twice while we were on vacation. Cars were not cleaned at all. I cannot say enough about the staff, they were very kind. I paid a lot of $$ to rent a vehicle and to receive it dirty and then have mechanical problems on top of that definitely put a slight damper on our vacation.
I rented from the Alamo at Fort Myers Florida airport. Best prices. I like being able to pick the car I want off the lot. Check in can be long sometimes since most people seem to be renting at Alamo when a flight comes in. Easy check out.
VERY PLEASANT STAFF AND HELPFUL. THE PRICE WAS MUCH BETTER THAN MY HERTZ GOLD MEMBERSHIP PRICE. AND THE CAR WAS BRAND NEW. WHAT MORE COULD YOU ASK FOR.
