Good place to hire a car from, friendly people, the upgrade prices are always spot on there never any pressure on you,

Upgraded to a Cadillac XTS, for an extra $200.the CUE nav system did not accept input, would not display map, and caused me to miss an exit returning to airport. Really terrible system. Almost missed flight. Could not submit feedback on Alamo site- it returned an error message. So I called Alamo, and they basically said "thanks for telling us" -Not happy w Alamo, and would never rent another Cadillac

Fast pickup and drop off. Make sure you inspect your car on pickup- because they certainly will be looking for any dings or scratches on the return. My only complaint is that the insurance was extremely expensive at $50/60. And the gentleman who rented the car out said that the credit cards used for rental would not automatically provide insurance because of outside pre-rental from a third party. Otherwise I'd have given then a 5 star.

Fast and efficient! In and out in less than 2 minutes. Enjoyed renting form them. I would highly recommend them.

My experience tells me that Alamo is the best overall value when it comes to car rentals. Occasionally I find a lower price with another rental company. Paying a few bucks more is worth it for the extra mile Alamo goes to provide good service. I especially enjoy the easy pickup with online check in. Also.they never try to pressure me into the 'extras'. Vehicles are always as promised and very clean. Returning the rental to Alamo is also very simple and fast!

After a long delayed flight, they were ready for us. Went in too my info and put the for I went to my car. Thank you!

Easy transaction as always, friendly staff, great upgrade deals. I always use ALAMO when in Orlando.

We were picked up right away by the shuttle at Port Canaveral. The man that helped us inside with our rental was very kind. When we dropped the car off at Sanford Airport, there were people outside to scan/check our car back in, so we didn't even have to go inside. It was all so simple and smooth. Everyone was very nice and very professional!

This is our second time renting from them. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I like that we can chose our rental from a group of cars rather than just being given one they had chosen for us. We have been very happy with both of our rental cars and will use Alamo when we return again in the future.

Check in was excellent. They didn't try to sell me everything that I didn't want. Very easy and will definitely use them on the next one.

Every one was so helpful. They took care of our family right away the service was fast. I continue to use Alamo because of Geno, he took such good care of us in 2017 that we have used them since. Thanks Geno.

First persons to clean car must have liked them because they didn’t turn them in to lost and found.
I’m out a pair of new nice sunglasses.
But will never use Alamo at Sanford’s airport.

The car rental was fine, from using the kiosk to returning the vehicle. The only issues were that the car had an off odor and didn't smell right. Also we noticed a cigarette butt in the drivers door. Hopefully it will be used before the next rental.

The service is so fast and smooth, one of my best experiences renting a car. Returned the car at 5am which it not working hours, and still there is somebody to take the car.
