Alvin's Island - Panama City Beach reviews
26Lot of things to choose from. Very busy with a line to check out but they were fast and efficient.
Absolutely horrible customer service! Would not honor their posted prices.brought the lady her signed and she slammed it on the floor.don't waste your money!
Beware of the scammers. Large signs that advertise 25 to 75% off entire store. TOTAL LIE! We ask the cashier about the signs and she stated that she was yelled at daily because the signs were a lie.
I would rather pay more than give my hard earned money to a liar.

Good prices on shirts and swimwear. Always packed with people but the lines move fast. Great place for souvenirs.
Big store nice souvenirs fair pricing. But long lines very stuffy temperature. Some confusion on clearance items. Over all very worth checking out. Purchased items are bagged in nice decorative Alvin's Island beach bags.
Lady told us this place closes at 10pm everyday. It was 9: 50 anyways.guess the midnight closing time is only busy summer season.
Great souvenir store, prices are OK wide selection but the A/C in this one sucked. It was hotter in the store than outside. Employees clearly didn't want to be there.
These people are rude. Normally, under the right circumstances, i like abuse, but not while i shop. Alvin and the rest of his chipmunks can take a hike
I am so upset! I spent $200 between a couple stores (they all have different shirts) i get home to wash them and ALL of them are ruined. I washed them inside out like the asked an now $200 of shirts NEVER WORN have to be trashed because the images on the front have broken apart. We will be back in a few weeks an i will take my buisness elsewere!
Alvin’s island has very poor customer service. The cashiers were being very rude when you would simply ask a question. They would talk amongst each other, but when the customers needed something they would answer with an “I don’t care” attitude
Spent a $150.00 to have cashier Kelley shove all my shirts in a bag. Employees need to be educated on customer service!
Great place to get little trinkets but make sure you have everything before you leave and it is hard to understand the employees. The habitat for the hermit crabs is all wrong and the service is slow. Also semi cheap.
Ran in to get some flip-flops and ended up spending a good 30 min.looking at all of the apparel and souvenirs. Fun place sand not so bad prices.
Very great items and very nice selection at pretty good prices and they have awesome souvenirs sorted all over the store
Let me tell you about this place very nasty service. My husband and I wanted to buy beach chairs. And we ask the cashier she very nasty and we ask another young lady. I will never go to this store again. I will not let no more with poor pist service get my money.
Dead hermit crabs laying around the containment area and the living crabs have very little water in one container and no water in the other. Also, there were deals and a storewide discount we could have received when we made our purchase had we known at the time. The cashier did not apply these discounts. Customer service is not good but the store does seem to be well kept and clean.
These are a chain of beach stores that sell clothing, beachwear, beach toys/floats, and gift items. It is fairly priced and usually has sales.
Signs and websites say they open at 8.here we are at 8: 15 with the open signs on and the doors are locked.
Great finds. I love visiting all Alvin's Island shops. They seem to carry similar yet different merchandise and prices can vary as well. Great for souvenirs, an extra outfit or an emergency hoodie needed for a cool night on the beach. Some of the merchandise is cheaply made but I will continue to visit and be a loyal customer when I'm in the area.
