26 SO MUCH STUFF
Did not like that they were selling hermit crabs and beta fish to tourists. What happens to those poor animals when the tourists leave?
Very rude manager! My stepdad ask about the bathroom, which apparently hasn't been working in a while. She told him it wasn't working, he walked away my mom and I were still standing there looking at shirts when she said "what did he want to piss in my pocket" needless to say it didn't go over well! I'm sure by law they are supposed to provide a WORKING bathroom to customers being they sell ice cream and drinks! Rude!
I bought a dress from here and came back within the 7 day time frame to exchange the size and was told no because it was a clearance item. Nowhere on the receipt or tags did it say this. The women at the counter was rude and threw the item back at me. I have shopped at this location before and will never go back, i have never been treated so badly.
They sell live hermit crabs inhumanity conditions. Hermit crabs cannot live in these containers! Please search up land hermit crab society on Facebook for care info
Shirts are pathetic. Iron on lettering "Panama City Beach, FL" (an obvious in-house add on) was falling off within minutes of putting it on - before even leaving the hotel room. I know now why there is a no return / no exchange policy.
The draw back is no bathroom. I get why but dang! If they had a bathroom I would give them a 5. With that being said, Alvin's Island, is my fav souvenir shop.
