To start off, parking can be validated before leaving inside the theater and surprisingly will only be $2.25 instead of $6.50 that it usually is on the weekends. Rooms are clean and seats are pretty comfortable. Have reserved seating now and include disinfecting wipes outside and hand sanitizer at multiple places. Allow the option to preorder concession food so pick up is a lot quicker. Masks aren't required while watching movie. Ticket prices range from $11-18. Have an imax and Dolby available

First time back at a movie theater.
Came across one of your great employees who made our day. Javier was the clerk at the ticket counter he told us about the membership gave us awesome information was patient and friendly.
So glad you guys are open and we will definitely be back!

Great cinema experience and a great AMC theater to catch movies on, I was able to see F9 in Dolby Cinema and the sound and visual experience was amazing, also there are employees that are friendly and love their jobs. The popcorn tasted really good. I think this is a great AMC theater to catch movies and they even have options to see a movie in either Dolby Cinema or IMAX so you get the best movie experience ever. I would definitely come back here to see more movies at AMC Sunset Place because it was a great experience and since I am an AMC Stubs member I get rewards for every visit I go to the theater to catch movies so definitely coming back to this AMC theater for more movies.

I asked for an apple juice for my 4 year old step son. They gave it to me out of a box from the back and it was warm. I asked for a cup so I can put ice on it and the manager couldn’t because of “inventory count”. The only cup she could give me was a courtesy cup but they come with no top. The only other option that was offered was a refund. Wow. Just WOW. Never coming here again

Went to see Cruella two days ago and I cannot stress enough how DISGUSTING the chairs and floors were. It smelled awful and the chairs were stained black from all the dirt. Barely torelable.had to put hand sanitizer every two seconds on my hands to be able to breathe. Horrible experience, will not be coming back.

This place has become horrible! Not only do they have one person working downstairs on weekends especially on a holiday but none of those machines even work properly they don’t print out your tickets then they send you to see the movie teller and they don’t even know what you’re talking about so they send you upstairs to deal with young unprofessional kids to give you attitude once you complain. Telling me you work for them they don’t work for you is NOT a way or a professional way of handling your customers. Plus the place is disgustingly dirty!

My husband and I are big time movie buffs and this is our favorite movie theater. We always go to an early showing so it's not crowded and we never have to wait in line too long. The theaters are always clean and cozy. We are AMC Stub members and now we joined the A List so we can go see more than one movie if we want.
The only reason I took off a star is because the food is too expensive. Yesterday, we ordered sliders and they don't come with fries anymore so we had to pay extra for that. We also decided to try the new Hillshire plate and it was nothing more than a Lunchables, hardly worth the $6 it costs. If they lower the food prices they will be even better.

The lines are always crazy long, literally ALWAYS.so you could never buy food and make it to your movie on time. Today my movie started half an hour later then its original start time at 8: 30 pm (with a 3yr old) which wasn't the best movie experience.

I would rate it 5 stars if parking was free like Dolphin mall, Dade land mall, or International mall.

An overall great and affordable movie theater, but seats are weathered and outdated. A remodeling of the theater would be spectacular.

Horrible service. Employees are rude. There’s no sign for showtimes, it’s shown to you on a paper, seats are dirty, the place just has like a dirty vibe. Will not be going back.

Best AMC ive been to. Big, clean with easy, and lots of parking. The only thing I would improve is the service to Premier members like myself. To be specific, the concession stand has two lines but the non-premier gets more cashiers than the Premier and this makes no sense. Please prioritize Amc stubs premiere members at the concession stand.

Compared to other AMC theaters this is right in the middle. Only has only updated theater and the rest are super old and smelly. The parking is not free but semi validated and only main concession stand is opened which means that by the time you get your popcorn, the movie has already started.

This is one of my favorite movie theatres in Miami. They've got stadium seating and it's in a nice place. I don't like crowds so I tend to go during the weekdays or the earlier shows in the weekends because it gets pretty full during the weekends. You do have to pay for parking but I still think this is one of the best theatres in the area. Their service was great and polite; will continue coming here.

One cashier/clerk for a 24-screen theater? Even if there was another the max is two at a choke point at the entrance. No kiosks. And what is it with the homeless people at the 10: 30am showing? Do they get a discount or do they get in for free or what's the story there?

Very disappointed having to wait in line for popcorn for 38 min while my movie was playing, not appropriate for a sunday 7pm movie.
Not kool AMC not good movie experience. Couldn't give 0 stars if not would of.

This place is fun! It has a few theaters that have something cool, Dolby, 3D etc,
Food is getting better- more healthy options.
Parking is good- I try to park on the 3rd floor.

It has noovie which is a fun game that you install via App Store on your phone and you use the movie theater screen to play games!

I usually go to this place. But this time the seats were dirty. I took refillable popcorn and after sometime when I went they said I have to come after some time as they making some. I went after another 20 mins and the guy there tells me there is no more popcorn and we are closed. Am I crazzy to pay 15 bucks for the popcorn when they dont have to serve it.

Theater before getting to my seat, cleanish. Once at my designated screen, gross and sticky and warm. And even though it was a pick-a-seat it was just regular hurt your back 1900's seats. Not happy with the cost Of $12 for that. I'll stick to watching at home.

We had a bad experience as there were 2 youths and a child who sneaked into the movie and were taking pics throughout the movie. I did report it to management who took complain seriously and helped us out.
